The panels are marked on the inside what position they go in, the instructions are clear but basically unnecessary. It looks to be quite waterproof, short of rising water through the bottom. It arrived on time. I opened and put together quite easily. The instructions were clear and helped with the order of assembly. The box is tight and light and looks great. It matches my other Suncast Trunk I bought 2 seasona ago and still looks new. I ordered 2 of these small boxes as they are perfect for holding small cushions and other items and can be moved around to be used as end tables on my patio. Im very happy with my purchase. it saved me from buying another big trunk which I did not have room for. I highly recommend this purchase. I bought this because I needed a small storage table style. The instructions are photo and the items are labeled. However if you do not see one side is a bottom & other top as I did, the lid will not fit. Called customer service, sent me disassembly instructions to use two flat head screwdrivers with two people. Must wear safety eyewear and caution that you may damage the plastic trying to take apart. Living on my own I will have to enlist my daughters help. I do not have a good feeling about it because the plastic is thin and when I inserted screwdriver it appears to be easily bent. I basically wasted my money and wished written instructions about finished side. 🤦🏻♀️ Update: disassembled easily and was able to assemble without damage. Looks great, love it! Holds storage asI needed. Great customer service! Fast in sending me instructions to disassemble. ... show more

They are so easy to assemble, no hardware to rust, everything snaps together. Just replaced 2 more of the originals purchased in 2018. We live in Florida and these are outside all year long.
