Love this patio sectional! It wasn't too bad to put together and it's very sturdy. The cushions are decent and wicks the water away. We did have one of the stitching on a cushion coming loose, but they delivered an extra cover at no cost. I would say this is worth the money!

**Updated review at the bottom with additional pictures. I saw "washable cushion covers" and that was all I needed! The color is great. I love gray, so this set is perfect. We just put this together today but seems like great quality so far! Dog and husband approved. The cushions stay put with velcro. Each piece of the set can be connected together so there's no movement. Assembly with anything that comes with an Allen wrench is tough. I expected it. Took a couple hours with my husband's help and the set came together nicely. The cushions are nice. A little hard but I don't mind that for an outdoor sectional. I'm hoping that means they will last longer! I will update my review when needed. Hoping these are easy to keep clean with dogs and a child. This set has a very versatile look! You can buy additional pieces separately if you want more seating or a different look. **2 Month Update: I did drop a star from my original 5 star rating. These are advertised as mashine washable cushion covers, but the tags indicate otherwise as Hand Wash (see pictures). The cushion covers have threads coming out at the seams everywhere. Some just slip right out, but others are still attached. I hesitate cutting these as I'm unsure what this will affect. If you look inside the covers, there are extra threads all over. It appears the seamstress was in a hurry? I don't know a lot of sewing and furniture covers, but it doesn't look right to me. (See pictures) Do not leave your patio set uncovered in the rain! Yes, they are somewhat water resistant, but not with a heavy rainfall. We typically cover it every night, but the winds were so strong with a recent storm, the cover partially came off. The rain drenched the cushions. You must then remove the cushions and tip them on their side so the water drains out. These are thicker cushions so will take longer to dry out. **Overall, we still enjoy this set. I might be contacting the seller for a new set of covers as I don't appreciate the extra threads. I'm afraid a seam might come loose. ***Another update. I am dropping my rating to 3 stars: I contacted the seller requesting new cushion covers as ours have threads coming out everywhere. They offered a whole $50 to have the covers repaired. In the meantime, one if the seams came loose and now has a hole (pictured above). More seams show the same thing, meaning more holes to repair. I think we will need a redo on the covers. Definitely need better quality. Our patio set does not get used everyday, so this shouldn't be happening already. It was even left covered for almost a week with no one using it. When we do use it, it's not like we're using it as a jungle gym.

I’m usually skeptical of ordering larger, more expensive items through Amazon, because they’re more difficult to return. But I’m glad we purchased this one… it’s great. Worth sharing: 1) I’m picky about cushions, but these are comfortable, thick enough, and with just the right balance of softness and support. 2) Had a question about the product and the customer service number provided (in the boxes) took care of us same day. Even during a busy period for them. I appreciated that! 3) You may receive the packages (different parts of the sectional) on different days. But it’s worth the wait. And the second set of packages came with extra washers and bolts, so you’ll for certain have enough parts to assemble it all.

Okay- I had one box come damaged and I contacted the seller and they got right back to me. They are sending me a replacement for the one product that was damaged...no biggie and hassle free! This is the best piece of furniture! I have had so many compliments on it and it is soooo comfortable. The cusions are thick and will hold over time. This is something you don't get from other companies and you pay the same amount! Each package was well packed and methodical. Each box had its own equipment and essential pieces. Each pack also had a few extra remaining pieces in case anything was needed in the future. This was EASY to put together...it just took some time but NOTHING frustrating! I did it all by myself. Everything lined up perfectly and I just can't tell you enough about this product! I spent all day on this yesterday with my daughter reading and napping in the sun! My husband enjoyed it too with a beverage in one hand and phone in the other! I would definitly buy again!

Easy to assemble ~ came with everything I needed. Good packaging. The quality of the product is NICE for the price! I shopped a long time over several days and weeks and finally decided on this one ... I didn't budget thousands of dollars to spend but I wanted something nice and in a nice color too. Colors are grays and beige and I'm really, happy with the product! The material propels water which has been nice for the few times we've had light rain and I didn't bring in the cushions. I'll try to load some photos but currently getting an error message. Would definitely buy from this Sunbury products again!
