    • HORRIBLE! I do not blame the seller other than not assisting with a resolution.
The item is too large and heavy to return. I have not been offered a solution. The Delivery person left the item in front of my garage on a palate with ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION on the invoice for anyone to see. the item sat there for an entire day per my neighbor who had to assist me. Since the item was left directly in front of my garage door, the item was run over and the large wooden palate broken, package damaged and my bumper was damaged. Nothing has been done to rectify this and the item is wayyyyy too heavy for me to attempt to return. I have not been given any solution to this. ... show more

Bought this wine fridge and have only had it a month. It’s meant to have wine on its side and you would think that if you spilled wine in it it would be ok. WRONG they didn’t expect wine to spill? A bottle opened slightly and spilled in the vent on the inside of the fridge and has been shut off ever since. Way too much money for a little spill to destroy it DONT BUY! ... show more

I don't know how a tiny wine cooler can cost almost as much as a decent refrigerator. This size was the only which would fit our space so no choice. After a few months it started rattling like hell whenever the compressor was running. We could not find or fix the rattle inside the cooler or around the back. What a piece of junk. ... show more
