I love just wearing it around the house when a heavy sweater or two layers would be too much. It's fitting but not tight. Easy to move around in it when exercising outdoors in cool weather. The sleeves are long but not too much and it's got good length in the torso. I am 5'9" with a long torso with an athletic build, size 12. The large fit perfectly. Others have complained this top is too thin. It's not! It is an AWESOME top for layering. Wore today when it was 16F and was very comfortable with this as the first layer. Felt invisible on. The sleeves are extra long; the neck is comfortable (no zipper digging in) and best of all - the fabric moves with you. Only downfall is the top is not overly long and I fear after several washings could shorten a bit. Not sure when manufacturers will ever figure out that skiers like long items to tuck in for when the occasional fall down a black diamond occurs. We do not want snow going underneath layers and touching our skin when it's cold out! Icebreaker is $$$ but worth it when you are out in the elements for hours on end. ... show more

It has become my favorite top… Lightweight easy to wash comfortable and and when it’s cold, I can zip it up and make a turtleneck out of it. Is the perfect top … true to size and I’m going to buy another one. Because you should always have two when you have found the perfect top! Thanks, AMAZON!

This is my first Icebreaker T-shirt and I'm pretty happy with the fit, design, and material. It’s incredibly comfortable and doesn’t itch at all, which is a huge plus. However, it's worth mentioning that the 175 GSM fabric is on the thinner side, so it might be a bit see-through or sheer. This T-shirt is ideal as a layering piece or perfect for the milder weather of late spring or early fall, but it's definitely not cut out for winter's chill. On that note, I also picked up a 200 GSM version for the colder months and loved it for winter wear. I’ll be saving this lighter one for the warmer days ahead. ... show more

I like the Icebreaker brand because of the quality of fabric. When I got this I was a little disappointed. The color is fantastic and it runs pretty true to size, but the wool was not nearly as soft as some of my other tops. It felt a little scratchy and was a heavier weight than I had anticipated. Also, o guess because they consider this a base layer instead of a mid or outer layer, it doesn't have thumb loops. Overall this isn't a bad top, and for the price, I'll keep it. Soft and not itchy, a little thin and see through. Good base layer, warm and stylish enough to wear by itself. Zipper is helpful to help get the shirt off/on without messing up the hair.
