Use LEVEL ground and make sure there are no sharp objects on the bottom before laying out the pool. Put down sand first if you can. We added one additional ground cover to go underneath the pool supports. The ladder is not really great for a 200+ lb man., but works fine for wife at 112 lbs. Big enough to do laps and heats up quickly in the sun. We Love It. ... show more

I initially rated this a 2 due to the complete lack of instructions and the walls bowing in severely. However, after filling it completely, everything has stabilized and looks good. But I still stand by the claim that the pump/skimmer it comes with is an absolute joke that wouldn't be sufficient for a 10x10 pool. ... show more

We purchased this pool for about $1400 May 2022. The frame design is poor and as it fills it does now out and straightens some but not completely. The filter also seems to be too small for such a large pool. We had a wind storm that bent some of the elbow pipes (corner pieces) and we were told by the manufacturer they don’t have replacement parts. This pool is amazing! My husband spent quite a few days making sure the ground was prepped before it arrived. He built a 16 x 32 frame with 4x4s, and worked to ensure there were no rocks, etc in the area. We then had 4 tons of sand delivered and he rented a plate compactor to really get the sand set. Once that was done, he took 12x12 pavers and placed them where the pool legs would be. He then leveled one paver to another, trying to ensure the ground was as level as it could be. The pool set up wasn’t too hard at all! We did add a sand filter so setting that up took a bit of trial and error but it works wonderfully. It took about 18 hrs to fill the pool with our hose. The frame looks TERRIBLE about 1/2 way through the filling process and was making awful creaking noises but we let it go and it all straightened out. Could not be happier with our purchase and look forward to many years of use! ... show more

Really disappointed in the pool cover. I think at the beginning it was fine but then the plastic/rubber shrank a lot! Needs to be at least a foot longer. As it is, we have to pull hard to barely fit the corners on and then that leaves large gaps on either end. Loses at least 2 stars for this.

I have it now for 2nd year.. pool cover broke.. so that’s stinks.. but overall GOOD pool.. it does bend a bit in sides.. (it’s been like this since day1 ) The only issue I’ve had is I’m on my 3rd pump.. keeps breaking.. they send me a new one first three months.. (so u can see it was a bit of a bummer) Ans til this day, you have to put the black cover over the motor, wait until it empties out water, makes a loud sound like it wants to suck up water (because it’s empty) then you quickly remove the black cover from where water goes into pump, and pump then works. Have to do this EVERYTIME so that’s the only bummer… Besides that , which is a pain… pool works well.. kids enjoy it… so 3 starts is at best I can give this pool. Pump still acting up but works when I do what I explained above.. ... show more

Overall, a good product. We were able to assemble it in about an hour and a half with 4 people working. It took about 2 days to fill fully. Unfortunately, we are having a hard time keeping it clear even though the chemical levels are good. I recommend purchasing a slightly larger filter/pump that will circulate the water faster. ... show more
