… I suppose that’s what any pool is but for some reason I thought that this had some sort of basket weave material on the outside. Instead it’s a fabric that has a basket weave print. It’s not bad, just not what I expected. Works as intended though. Make sure you level the ground and remove any rocks from underneath. That’s goes for any pool. Also you should be inside of the pool smoothing out the edges after it has a few inches of water and while it’s filling just to make sure you don’t get folds in the fabric liner underneath your feet. Again, that goes for any pool. Either way, the pool itself works great but it basically is just a big bag of water. ... show more

Spent almost 3k to get this pool last season Used it a few times before it was stored during the winter (stored indoors) we had just set it out this season and had not used it. We had a few super hot days and in the middle of the afternoon I heard a loud noise. The pool literally came apart at the seams and one side gave way under the pressure of the water because the seams had failed and come off the steel frame! Due to the weight and pressure the steel frame was bent, 5000 gallons of water flooded my house and my neighbors. I tried reaching out~company said I was past the 90 day warranty. I get that it had been over 90 days but the pool itself wasn’t used for that long. And seriously we didn’t even use it that much while we had it. It’s just me and my husband so no one else was ever in it either. This pool was defective period and I’m never buying anything again from this seller or this company. Wow! I can’t believe they didn’t even offer any assistance whatsoever! Super disappointed and angry. ... show more

We set this pool up in March 2023. The liner had a very small leak at a seam. It probably could have been repaired, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a whole new liner. Great customer service. Whole family has been loving it.

    • Second Summer going strong!
We purchased this pool in 2021, yes it requires common sense and perhaps a little mechanical aptitude when assembling ie. making sure things are reinforced, level, tight and snug etc. Also you must have a “flat” surface to put it on. We kept it up last winter using the proper above ground pool winterizing chemicals and protection. Lots of rain/wind in the Pacific NW and it held up like a champ. Would recommend this pool 110%, just do your homework before purchase so you can take care of it properly … you won’t be disappointed! ... show more

    • Horrible filter, overpriced
I ordered this pool because it was one of the better looking pools available. But it was also substantially more money than the others. I will first start off by saying that the pool filter is simply not strong enough to keep the pool clean. Also, the hose that they supply for cleaning it is not long enough to clean the entire pool. Another problem is that the pool filter has now decided to start shutting off on a daily basis, and I am unable to resolve that issue. I regret buying this pool ... show more

Love the pool! The vacuum that comes with it not so much! It works but it only collects a tiny amount of debris at the bottom of pool.

Polygroup pool company supplied us with two pools that had leaks or been repatched. We set them up and noticed each pool had a manufacturing error before we could even use them. Polygroup customer service was poor and only refunded us have the money we spent.

    • Good product, Great customer service
Installation instruction were clear and easy to follow. Once pool was up and filling a leak was found in one of the bottom seams. Contacted seller and they sent out a new liner without any fuss, just needed to follow their warranty instructions. I definitely recommend this product and company.
