I like the price I paid for a three pack as I needed at least two nightlights in my home. These work well and give off a lot of light. I placed one in my master bathroom but it DOES give off a lot of light, so much that I have to close the bathroom door so I can sleep. These are great but for common areas rather than bedrooms if u like very dark rooms to sleep ... show more

That said, they do what you expect in terms of (1) lighting, but not super bright, which can be an advantage depending on if you want the light to be subtle or intense, (2) work in terms of turning on when dark, but do not work for (3) in terms of motion detection. ... show more

I’ve purchased many different brands of nightlights over the years to use in the bathroom (anything to help prevent missing the target in the middle of the night 😜). I thought the one I was using prior to discovering these were the brightest available. Boy, I’ve never been happier to be wrong! These are so much brighter and give my entire bathroom a glow at night. The picture was taken during the day with the blinds closed and my hand next to it, trying to get the best picture of how bright it is at night. This picture definitely doesn’t do the light justice (I will take another picture when it’s dark outside to add to my review). First off this is a great deal for 8 lights , when most have packs of 6. My son had a set of these , and I never knew I wanted or needed nite lights until I saw these. They aren’t too bright , and look good , and do a great job of illuminating hallways , bathrooms , Stairs etc. My son had a set of the “older version” of these lights. I loved the ones he had so much , I decided to order a set, but the brand he had ordered wasn’t available. I then ordered a different brand that looked the same , but on arrival it clearly wasn’t the same. The light color was different, and wasn’t near as appealing. I decided to do a little research in what was different, and turns out the “Kelvin” was 5000K on the set I ordered vs the 6500K Kelvin of the ones he had. ( Kelvin represents the color , or “temperature” of the light color -Ive attached a Kelvin chart in my reviews pictures ) After a quick search on Amazon , I couldn’t find a set exactly like his with the 6500K Kelvin , and I came across these , which did have the 6500K temperature but looked a little different , but I decided to order anyways. These also came with 8 lights VS the 6 the others offered. This set was delivered via Amazon prime the very next day. When I opened them I was immediately impressed. The build quality seemed better , and they are more appealing in design. Then minute they kicked on at dark , I knew I had made the right purchase. This version illuminates 360° and not as much forwarded, illuminating walk ways better , without blinding you in a dark hallway. They look great lit up , and for the price it’s a win. When looking at LED lights , the two things to keep in mind if your picky about color and brightness are LUMES (brightness) & KELVIN (Light Color) I personally find the 6500 Kelvin to be a more appealing color temp. It presents a clean color look , and it’s not hard on your eyes in the dark. These are a win in my opinion. If anything changes in the future I’ll update my review. I hope this review helps others. We are using these lights as night lamps in the bathrooms and they are great. Bright enough. No problems with the lamp overall except we did not find them as motion sensing. The lights turn off during the day/daylight and turn on automatically at night/dark.
