I have enjoyed my spray gun so far. The instructions for assembly and use were a bit confusing at times, I would bet they were written by someone who is not a native English speaker! I found some YouTube videos that taught me how to use it. However, the spray gun works well and I have enjoyed the quality of the paint it applies. I think it is a good value for the money.

I bought this PICKITOLES 1000W HVLP paint sprayer for some home projects, and it’s been a great help. The motor is powerful, and the spray is smooth and even — way better than using a brush or roller. The large 1400ml container is a huge plus since I didn’t have to keep stopping to refill during bigger jobs. It comes with six different nozzles and adjustable spray patterns, which made it easy to switch between fine details and large surfaces. Also, cleaning it was super easy — it took less than 5 minutes with the included tools. Overall, this is a solid, beginner-friendly sprayer that made my painting projects faster and easier. Disclaimer: This product is not designed for use for those who do not have patience, for those who suffer from ADHD, anxiety disorders, mental instability, etc. and are prone to angrily throwing things when frustrated. Go ahead and invest in a set of torch tip cleaners. If one does not know what this is used for or don’t know what they are, then do not purchase this “paint sprayer”. Invest in a set of small brushes of different sizes and brush lengths for cleaning purposes. Do not allow any paint to set up for any length of time after the painting job is done or pausing to refill paint reservoir. It will result in time-consuming periods of continuous nozzle tip cleaning/changing out from half cured paint particles clogging the tip. Warning: The instructions included in the box are vague and incomplete. Suggest watching a YouTube video on this sprayer from people who have already pulled out their hair in frustration and/or have been through the trial and error scenarios using this product. If you do not enjoy taking things apart to clean every nook and cranny the paint is in, this product is not for you. Simply cleaning the paint sprayer by filling the reservoir with clear, clean appropriate solvent used for such and operating it to run it thru the system does not clean all the paint out of the sprayer system. If you enjoy products that are a hassle and take more time than traditional painting does, this product is for you.

The user manual is insufficient and poorly written. The company gives you 5 nozzles, but no info on which one to use. There is a pressure control dial, but no info on how to set it for your job. After one looks at the manual you go to youtube to find a user guide, but the company doesn't have one. So you watch other brands which give you some ideas but no specific in on the product itself. So, your first paint job is an experiment; I tried 3 nozzles before settling on one. I'm still not sure if was the best choice? I was going to paint with a water solvent paint, but you must dilute typical latex paint. When I used their guide to test the thickness of the paint, it seemed I'd have to make the paint watery to meet the advised paint thickness. So, I gave up and used solvent based paint instead, worrying that the clean up would be a challenging mess. It was! The paint job I got on louvered metal doors was okay. I thought it would be more professional. Perhaps it could have been, if I'd been given better instructions. Did I use the wrong nozzle? Was I too close to the surface? Was the pressure valve set correctly. The company does give you safety glasses, masks and gloves; a good thing. Be sure to use them or you'll regret it. Clean up is a big project, especially if you use solvent based paint. However, the sprayer worked the second day, so I sufficiently cleaned the parts. Hoping it will work a third time. I did 16 metal doors in 2 days and am pleased with the results, but I think the job could have been better. I would not buy this product for small jobs, but if you have 100 yards of fence to paint it is worth the effort you'll make. The company needs a youtube demonstration up right away; they are devaluing the product by not having one.
