Definitely recommend supervising your children with this and using it carefully yourself. ESPECIALLY THE PEELER. I use the peeler often and have cut myself pretty deeply to the point of needing stitches. Not giving this a bad review due to my own self negligence but I don’t know if I can let my child use this even if I a 30 year old can’t handle it carefully. ... show more

We have kids age 9-4 and all of them enjoy using the various utensils. Very kid friendly, some are quite sharp, hence the gloves. They work well to cut apples. Cucumbers, broccoli and the bear works well making sandwich pockets. Kids love helping in the kitchen with all of it!

My toddler likes "helping" in the kitchen so I got this for her. She already has the wooden chopper knife, and it's a great starting place, but I wanted to get her the plastic knives and the gloves. Honestly, *I* like the plastic knives, too - they work really well!

Excellent set that is exactly as advertised. I texted the blades before letting my clumsy 4 year old try to out. I could not cut and would need to use adult-sized force to injury myself. I wanted to get my 2 y/o who loves helping me cook to learn how to cut food this comes with so many different types of cutting tools and even toddler friendly ones though I recommend still supervising because some of these knives are fairly sharp
