These are really nice blackout curtains. They definitely provide the blackout functionality and are white on the back. Having white shown to the outside inside of the curtain color or the dreary gray color of the blackout material was extremely important to me and hard to find. These are not things, flimsy curtains. They need a good supportive rod and look very nice. The value for your money is definitely there. I cannot comment on heat retention yet because we haven’t had them in Winter yet, but they are so thick and heavy I can’t imagine them not retaining the heat. Ordered the blush curtains. Love the color & the blackout. Length is perfect as well. The only thing is the smell of the curtains I’ve already washed them but they still have a funky smell. Will try washing them again hopefully that helps.

-I ordered the TAN, 50 x 108" length. We have a main static picture window flanked by two operational windows. I like that I can separate the curtains if I just want to have one window open. -I love the MATERIAL-great weight and soft. They have some lighter silk looking threads running through, which gives the curtain some dimension-again adding to the natural look and feel. I am not a fan of the linen look alike that have the repeated criss-cross hatch pattern, or that have brown threads, which I guess are supposed to make them look. These curtains have a very natural, non-synthetic material, appearance. -Description says BACKING is grey white, but looks more white to me, and it is a separate liner, not fused. The packaging said 90% light blocking and that seems to be right-difficult to tell the difference from 100% blackout, except they give the room a nice non cave like feeling. Wrinkles: Am waiting to see if the relax on their own. ... show more
