I purchased these lamps for my living room couch end tables and selected the warm lighting option. We are a family with multiple devices that require charging and these lamps provide 2 USB ports and an outlet each as part of the package. Game changer - no more messy cords, competition for outlets, and angst when someone unplugs your device while it's charging! These lamps aren't large, but they put out great light for their size. They have 3 brightness settings to adjust to your preference and create a cozy atmosphere on the low setting. The adjustability is also a plus for us as I prefer lower light than my partner does, so we can each have our lighting the way we like it. The lamps are smaller in size, so those who have a larger space to light may not be satisfied with them. My living room is medium size and rectangular, and they work well in the space. They take little room on a tabletop and are minimalist in style, but are well made and look like they cost more than they do. I have found that it works best if you touch them at the bottom base part of the lamp. They are very attractive and matched with my living room decor. The lamp shade was easy peasy to assemble. Not only are these lamps cute, but they are also very functional! The usb outlet is perfect for our chargers. I would have preferred them to be on the side but it’s not bad enough to ruin my love for them

    • Lots of assembly required, but returned for other reasons

I'll start by saying these have a good heft to them and the switches seem decent. There is a lot of assembly required: top part of the lamp has to be screwed to the base and you have to assemble the shades (The shades have to be attached to a frame which is then attached to the lamp base). I ended up returning them because the base on the first one I took out of the package wasn't flat and it wobbled around like an egg. May be just my package, but I opted for a return and refund. Your mileage may vary. Edit: They received the return March 12, 2024, but the refund can't be processed until March 26, 2024. Not happy about that. Second Edit: Received the refund March 13, 2024 so a lot happier about that instead of the original refund date of March 26, 2024. ... show more

    • Work great at first but as they age they start to die

These are well made lamps, sturdy and surprisingly heavy. However, I bought these in Jan 2022 and two years later (currently Jan 2024) they've stopped working. The touch base never worked on either lamp but it wasn't a big deal. Yet as time went on, the first lamp started to flicker. It started gradual and then got worse and worse. Switched the dimmable light bulb and it did okay for a little bit but then started up again. Tried a non-dimmable bulb and same issue. Eventually I unplugged it and have stopped using it - initially I thought it was just a fluke since the second lamp was still working. Well, eventually the second lamp started tje flicker. Currently, the light can only stay on if the light is at its lowest setting but given my experience with the other one, and from a couple other reviews I've read here, I imagine it will go the same as the first. A shame because otherwise I really like these lamps and the USB connection is a great add-on. But sadly, I think these will get put in the Goodwill pile. ... show more
