  • Quality OEM part
I always reccomend OEM. They are better made more reliable than any aftermarket I have tried. Comes with seal ring worked perfect

  • Working perfectly
Purchased this for a timing belt change that included the water pump and all the pulleys. The Aisin timing belt kit came complete and also included the gasket for the thermostat, but I didn't need it since this thermostat came with the gasket. I guess it typically does not. I am very pleased with this item. ... show more

  • High Quality Thermostat, Easy To Install
I decided to replace my old thermostat since I was already flushing my coolant. The install was super easy. Just two small bolts, pop off the housing, then the old thermostat, and replace it with the new one. Remember to keep the float (little metal dangly bit) facing straight up towards the sky. Then you put everything back together and you're done. I do like that this thermostat is designed to open up at a lower temperature than the stock one that came with my 2009 Outback 2.5i as well. Anyways, it's a great, high quality product that I can trust. ... show more

  • Worked in my 06 subaru legacy gt
I would buy again

  • Mechanic’s choice.
Great price and is the OE product. I always buy OEM thermostats, due to the fact aftermarket ones. Just aren’t built properly. As a mechanic for 15 years you only buy these things from the OEM. Great price.

  • Genuine OEM part
Genuine OEM Subaru part. I compared it to my old one that I removed from my Legacy and it matches up. Installed with no issues and got my car rolling again.

  • Low temp thermostat
This is a lower temp thermostat than it's supposed to be. I'm not complaining, however since putting this in, the car does not budge off the "cold" line on the operating temp gauge on the dash. Car used to warm up and temp hovered right smack dab in the middle. It works 100%.

  • OEM Quality
I couldve gone with cheaper brands like Stanley, but those few 'bad' reviews from other products made me just buy OEM. Dealing with coolant is something I dont like to keep messing around with, doing it the second time around.
