  • Perfect fit for 2006 Chrysler Town and Country
I read a bunch of other reviews about people having trouble with the top of the radiator having two posts are aren't needed in many applications. The cap of the radiator with those posts can be removed. There are four 10mm bolts holding it on. Once removed, it was exactly like my old radiator. I didn't have to re-use any clips or bushings from the old part. The new one dropped right into place and is working perfectly. I've only had it installed for a week now. If it cracks or leaks, I'll update this review. Unrelated to the actual radiator, the project to remove and replace this part is pretty straightforward. I recommend watching one of the videos online. The thing I might have had trouble with otherwise was knowing how the clips to the electric fans are removed. There's a red sliding release that has to pull out, then you have to squeeze on the clip near the cable to depress another release and it will slide off with no effort. It was also handy to know that all the bolts are on the top-side. Everything in the lower half is just sitting in a groove and the radiator lifts straight out once the fans are out, hoses disconnected, and it's been separated from the AC condenser. ... show more

  • Spectra Premium CU2795 Complete Radiator fit like OEM radiator
This was used to replace the radiator in 2006 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8l Limited. ok it would be best to replace radiator hoses upper & lower at the same time seeing how the antifreeze was drained to change the radiator. Ok the AC condenser is attached to the radiator can be a little challenging I found that removing the grill from the bumper cover to see and get access to condenser to release from radiator. Another person would help to remove and install the radiator' When you remove the cooling fans the clips that are attached to the radiator break sometimes you have to remove the fans and radiator together than drill out the head of the bolt than you can separate fans from radiator new clips come with new radiator bolt size 6mm 1.0 pitch fine in metric about 20mm long 3/4" ... show more

  • Works great!...at a great price!
This was a perfect fit for my wife's Grand Caravan SXT 07. I'm not a mechanic so It became a project for me since I took my time installing it. I could not tell where the existing radiator was leaking from until I removed it and saw the stain in the right side of the tank. Make a note where the bolts are being removed from. This helped me tremendously in the installation. Use the old radiator as a guide when removed. The best advise I have is to place some protection for the condenser while working around it. I used my rubber mats and I'm very happy that I did. I remember having a hard time installing it because of the hose which prevented it from just dropping in...but at the end it all worked out. I'm very happy with the new radiator and the gauge does not fluctuate anymore...plus I do not have to keep adding coolant periodically. It's been a couple of months and it's working great. The price of the radiator was very attractive and was delivered to my house promptly. I'm a happy camper! ... show more

  • Product fine. Amazon/UPS not so much.
Radiator was fine. Install fine. As expected. Amazon and the shipper (UPS) have been a nightmare however. 8 days late! 8 days! Had to cancel the first order and reorder. The original order is actually still “out for delivery” as it has been for over a week. If amazon and UPS were playing Russian Roulette, I bet they’d still miss their target. UPDATE: all in all the radiator was 10 days late. The replacement had been ordered and installed. The day after that the original arrived in a box that looked like it had gone through a few skirmishes in Syria. Needless to say it was returned. Unlike UPS, I returned it same day. ... show more

  • Long term review. It's A keeper !!!
It still works, only issue was the filler neck is really picky about radiator cap seals. Buy a new cap or at least steal the seal from a new spare etc... or it might not completely seal. Sometimes after you check fluid etc, youll know its seeping cause itll just barely steam a little from the hood gap when at stop lights. EDIT, !!!!! ((( Safety warning))) Do NOT mess with, adjust, or remove a radiator cap when engine is hot ! Or youll have the horrible experience i witnessed. Someone at the gas station wouldn't listen ,I told him dont do it, sigh. Instead popped the rad cap, got sprayed with hot coolant, and I watched all his Arm, chest, and face skin roll off and fall away, it was terrible, ... I know its graphic, but its the truth. You are warned.!!! ... show more

Good job amazon... you saved me lots of money. I priced radiators for my crysler at every auto parts store on line and they averaged about $220-$270 dollars for a new radiator.I figured i would give amazon a try and I couldnt belive the savings . I crossed matched the part number of the radiator and found amazon had the same brand name and part number as the local stores had but for half the price. With my super savers free shipping and $50 off from my rewards points I purchased the radiator for around $60. What a deal - took about 8 days to get it but was willing to wait. The job to install it took 1.2 hours and 2 gallons of coolant. Its been about 5 weeks since i installed it and no leaks and no problems but i am a skilled technition at a local dealership. Note; all radiators must be handled with care. Take yore time and dont force anything and you should be ok. ... show more
