I like the sturdiness of this product. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. The only problem I had is that a part was missing. I contacted both the shipper and Amazon about this and got a replacement part sent, however it took a month to get here. All is well now and we are enjoying the swing.

The swing is pretty nice overall. I had a person come assemble it for me. There were no words accompanying the directions, all diagrams. So, you have to be prepared for that. Overall, assembly went well. It took 2.5 hours. The cushions are disappointing. They are thin and you can feel the bar hitting you in the back of the legs as you sit in the swing. I am only giving it three stars for that reason. Otherwise, it is well constructed.

The canopy fabric does not fit the frame and when I sent message to company was told to "stretch" it as it should be taut. Don't know how I can get another at least 8 inches of that to get it to fit. Very disappointed with both product and product support. Yes I sent this picture to them also. They were very helpful in replacing the canopy and screws.
