It’s easy enough to open and easy to drink through with no effort. It’s very leak proof and looks good on the bottle, and it’s as easy to twist open and closed as a regular cap. The rubber tip makes the cap just a bit higher in quality. The straws it comes with are optional and are easy to put on and take off. The cleaner is a gimmick but it’s nice to have. I would like to note that the handle kind of sucks. When carrying it, it’s so thin and cheaply made that it digs into your fingers and is uncomfortable to use. Also, when tilting up to drink sometimes, the handle interferes with this. The normal cap’s handle is undeniably much better. This is worth a star reduction. Other than that, though, I see no other flaws with this cap. Definitely much better than having to twist open a gigantic cap whenever you want to drink. Very much more convenient and totally worth $8.

It checks all the boxes of what I needed, but I have a couple issues. One is the shape of the handle in relation to the straw. Its a bit awkward. Second, the straws themselves are plastic. Which defeats the purpose of a hydroflask. But it works Update: within 1 month the rubber mouth piece has a hole in it. It is still usable but will pass the point of no return soon. I could tell it was cheap, but that's ridiculous

Enables drinking without removing the lid, which was my objective. However I don't want to use (and have to clean) the straws and figured I could just tip the bottle back and drink, but the loop on the lid (which is hard plastic and not soft) will hit your nose. If you are planning to suck the drink up by using the straws I'm sure the lid will work fine. I'm not really happy with the design for my use and am planning to replace this lid with one where the loop pivots out of the way.

My daughter loves hyrdroflasks but they’re hard to drink from. This was a great alternative to drinking from the bottle. It leaks a bit if the cap isn’t screwed on super tight

Fits the hydro flask great! Otherwise it is difficult to drink from the straw because it is so narrow. Plastic handle is also very roughly cut, digs into fingers when carrying. The cut out of the handle is also inconvenient when drinking as it smashes into your nose making it hard to fit your lips around the spout; wouldn’t recommend for adults, maybe a kids face would fit better. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

I just got a 24 oz hydro flask and was looking for a straw lid on the hydro flask website and found out they don't make any for smaller sizes ;( Bought this one hoping it would work and it definitely does. It's so easy to drink through especially with the detachable straw that comes with it. I was worried that it would make a loud slurping noise as some other straw lids do, but this one is almost completely silent. Only negative I have about this is that the handle isn't as comfortable to hold as the original screw-on lid, but it's worth not having to take 10 seconds to screw the lid off every time you want a drink. For the price, this lid is definitely worth it!!

I love how these fit my hydro flask but within 1 week of using, the seal inside came out making it so you can’t drink out of the straw. I thought it was a fluke and threw it away. Used another one and it did the same thing! These so not last unfortunately.

Gotta have a straw top for ease of use. This works well, though you can't drink as quickly as you'd like since it's a smaller straw. When the bottle gets hot, and the water inside is cold, some water spouts through the top. It's not much, but something to look out for. Still recommend it.
