Door is set at an awkward angle and so was unable to close until I removed the plate to lock the fridge. Also there was a dent already on the fridge when I took it out of the box. Otherwise its quiet and works as advertised.

Overall pros … it’s 33 bottles in a 20” wide wine cooler. That’s it Cons: * plugged in for about 5 hours and the temps keep fluctuating up and down with the doors closed * significantly louder than my last 2 models (I can actually hear the fan vibrating from the next door) * bottles of white (traditionally a bit taller) cannot go in bottom first … too long * section that’s cooler (whites) is larger than bottom for red. Shelves and “sections” are not adjustable. * no holder for bottles in the bottom area so they can roll around. Overall in the first 5 hours NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. WILL SEE if it settles down. If it doesn’t in next 48 hours it’s going back. UPDATE: OK after 2 days of settling in ... the unit is quieter, much quieter. Realized one thing, shelves vibrate and cause additional noise and accentuate fan noise if there are no bottles on that shelf. Opened the door for less than 10 seconds and the temp climbs up 4-5 degrees for 10-15 mins. Separate zones work well. I added a star to 3 because the unit is OK notwithstanding some design flaws. White wine section is larger than red wine (I'm a red wine drinker). Make BOTH zones adjustable to the same levels. Bought more white wine ... same thing ... bottles only fit in neck first (again I think its a design flaw as top is NOT as deep as bottom). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We bought the cooler thinking we'd use the two-zone temperature settings, but in reality we don't typically have much white wine, and the regular refrigerator is fine for that... so we set both settings to red wine settings and filled the whole "cave" with reds. Its basic black, glass and a bit of silver fits nicely into the corner of our dining room, and just has a quiet stately appearance over there... ready on a moment's notice to serve us up a nice red for the evening meal! ... show more

Recording/response says that due to COVID they are busy and will get back to me in whatever order the calls came in. No estimate if hours, days, weeks.... It has been two days without a response. Temperatue control instructions are poorly written. Controls should be illuminated, because difficulty to see in normal lighting. Metal pull out drawer do not slid out easily (gets stuck and have to forcefully pull out).
