The seller reached out wanting to make it correct. They note a larger size and offered to send it free of charge or refund my purchase. Excellent service. I appreciate their efforts and would try them again. Easy to install. Conceptually great, but the bands (straps?) are so tight, it's difficult to get fingers in between the kindle and the strap, and your fingers quickly feel the pressure. It quickly becomes uncomfortable. The material is grippy, which is good, but it makes it harder to slip fingers behind the device, too. An elastic would be more comfortable but less durable. Finally, I wonder if the bands are slightly bending the kindle (it's that tight) and may cause future problems.

A 10x improvement to the overall kindle reading experience. I didn't expect that the straps aren't universal (there is a dedicated right/left strap, and you gotta chose the right one for you or use both), but that *did* ensure that the straps fit the kindle snugly and stay in place. Not dropping my kindle on my face anymore when reading in bed! Definite win.

I absolutely love how easy it is to read on my kindle when using these. It makes holding on to the kindle with either hand so effortless. On the downside, I’ve had mine for about 8 months and it’s stained the back of my kindle. I typically only use 1 of the 2 straps, and the one I use most has stained my kindle from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. I’ve tried everything and nothing is taking it off.

I purchased a kindle alongside this and their clear case for my fiancé. I wanted to make sure she had something secure to hold onto it when she reads. I have a Kindle paperwhite signature edition which has wireless charging. I bought this in lieu of a pop socket that wouldn't allow the device to sit flat on my wireless charger. And overall, it does it's job quite well. It's very comfortable, it feels thick and durable. But it does not fit over any kind of Kindle case, the corners are too small. I have several cases and even with the thinnest case, the strap just pops off at the corners. It's clearly designed to hook onto a naked Kindle. But after an unfortunate accident with my last Kindle, I do not want to forego a case for this strap. And while the strap is a thick rubbery plastic, it only covers 2 corners and a sliver of the back of the case. I much prefer the full protection of a case. They should consider making a case with a built in strap! Until then, I guess I'll have to stick with a pop socket and wired charging.

Despite having to return it, the item itself is a great product. I use a cover on my kindle therefore the corners won't "hold" the case. If you do not use a case, this product is perfect which is why I gave it 5 stars.

The straps were easy to put on and stay in place. They do not add any discernible weight. Makes holding my kindle so much easier whether I am sitting, standing or lying down

Very useful for holding a kindle. I like that you can use 1 or both straps. They aren't overly tight and don't put pressure on your fingers like other hand strap options. I wish I'd found these sooner.
