This thing is huge! We measured it out and had a sense of the size, but it looks even bigger in person. I think it feels even bigger because of the rounded corners and shape. Be sure to measure your space first to make sure it'll work! This changing table/shelf looks quite good, but it looks unmistakably like a changing table, almost for a daycare. The top tray is huge and has some depth to it. Which may be helpful for keeping everything contained in the changing area. The shelves are huge, so you can store a lot of supplies under it. The pieces were packed nicely and protected from any damage during the move. The wood had a bit of a smell to it upon opening the whole thing up, but it quickly dissipated. The assembly was quite straightforward and the instructions were clear. I think you could assemble it in under an hour, and probably in 30 minutes or less if you are used to assembling furniture. Based on the quality of the materials, the chamging table feels durable and sturdy, but not completely like permanent househd furniture. The two rounded ends of the table are made of a solid feeling wood that's nicely finished. However, the shelves are made of a flat sheet of particle board type material that is definitely not solid wood. This is probably so that it's light enough to transport to your home in a box. The boards are more fragile in that they could easily be snapped in half if you were trying to, without any tools. However, after securing the wooden support beams and after sliding the boards slide into place, it feels very sturdy and looks great. I would say that for the price, it's a decent value. It's mostly made put of wood, and the shelf is beautiful and feels very sturdy and durable. It's well designed and would go well in a daycare or professional childcare setting or in a spacious nursery. I think that for the ease of transportation, it's made of decent quality material. ... show more

Ok, this is one FANCY and beautiful changing table. So much so that we actually decided to use it as a bar in our mid century style dining area! 😆 You'd never guess it was a changing table unless we told you! The wood color is very nice, it was easy to assemble and would make a great changing table- but the best thing about it is probably its versatility. You could use it in so many ways with or without the top attached. So, use it for a few years as a changing table and then switch it up once you don't need it for that anymore! Its a great idea for anyone who hates buying baby furniture knowing its only temporarily useful. It is quite large and has real presence in a room, especially the dark color, so make sure you measure your space. It is very nice materials, easy to follow instructions and quick to build, maybe 30 minutes total. We are really happy with this unique little piece and have gotten lots of compliments on our new "bar table" already! It is also great that the top tray is removable, so you can use it just as shelving if you'd prefer. Very cool design! ... show more

I was so impressed with this. It's so beautiful. It's solid curved walnut wood and it's just the most pleasing shape to the eye. It looks modern and expensive - we aren't even using it as a changing table we are just using it as decor. It's so versatile. I love that it's multi purpose - even when you no longer need it as a changing table you can take off the changing pad part and just do what I'm doing and use as a normal table. The wood is smooth and feels really nice. It's exceptionally sturdy and feels very stable and safe. The storage underneath is great for decor or to help organize. It took me and my boyfriend maybe like half an hour to put it together and it was quite easy for furniture assembly. It's strong and feels like it's going to last a really long time - no wobbles or anything! ... show more

My wife and I just had our second little one recently. It came as a surprise and was unexpected since our first baby was six years ago and we have since thrown away all of our nursery furniture. I have been on the lookout for a changing table for our newborn that we can use in our nursery that we had to convert from a bedroom. I stumbled across this particular one that popped up in my feed and knew this would be a nice addition to our nursery furniture set. The changing table itself looks great in person and is solid wood as stated. The quality of the build is solid and I have no worries about it breaking or tipping over unexpectedly. It has two storage shelves underneath the changing table which allows us to store wipes and other decorative items. The color of the table matches our other nursery furniture perfectly and the footprint is not overly big making it perfect for us to keep it in a section that is out of the way and usable. Defintiely a keeper and a great addition for someone looking to update or add to their nursery. ... show more

Much like the other Storkcraft furniture that I own, this changing table is well designed and manufactured. Nothing was missing from the box. Directions to assemble the changing table are clearly written and easy to follow. Definitely easier to assemble with two people, but can be done alone with only minor difficulties. Once assembled, the table is both stable and sturdy feeling. On top of that, the changing table is really beautiful. The design is great and the materials are very good as well. Love that these products also come apart once they've fulfilled their primary purpose to continue being used in the nursery or a playroom for other purposes. More manufacturers should follow this strategy. I'd absolutely recommend this product. ... show more
