Tough item to review. I'm not a body guy, but I wanted to try to pull some small dings out of the hood of a friends beater with this tool as a learning experience. The instructions aren't well written, but they communicate the basic steps. My first two attempts resulted in some paint pulling off/peeling/melting, but the dents were removed, and became slightly convex. For third try (each was on a different dent), I let the glue cool a bit before putting the dent puller tab onto the dent. This stopped the paint being melted/pulled off when I removed the glue from the vehicle. Also, I let the alcohol soak on and around the glue two times, for a few minutes each, before I tried to remove the glue. This attempt did get the dent very close to perfectly pulled out, just over-pulled it a hair, and did not peel the paint. So I'm gonna watch some PDR videos before I try any more, but this kit does come with all the items it claims to, and they all appear to work just fine. I knew going into this that there would probably be a decently steep learning curve. I'm satisfied with this item.

For a large pushed in dent, this works great. Won't pull out creases, but works well to pop body panels back out. I've seen people use plungers before, but this actually works and doesn't run the risk of causing MORE damage. the glue holds well enough to pop dents, and the "machine" is pretty simple to use.
