I was excited to use this right away, but that ended instantly when I opened the box. The product packaging itself was already torn open, and key components were missing, specifically the charger, case and batteries. This wasn’t a minor issue or cosmetic damage. The item arrived incomplete and unusable straight out of the box. At that point, there’s nothing to review about performance because I never even got a full product to test.     • Great tool, dumb carry case
It works great. Plenty of power and light weight. The nylon carry case / box seems very dumb. It is open on two ends. I don't see what the point is. I'll have to buy a separate nylon bag to store it and extra chains & batteries because the nylon box that came with it seems pointless. Wasted money with no apparent value added. But overall, the tool itself works quite well and can easily be maneuvered to reach tight places and cut limbs too large for pruners.
