Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

I'm writing this review on this PC that I just got in the mail. Fast shipping and the packaging was wonderful. This is the first company I've seen put safety precautions inside of the computer such as Styrofoam. Fast gaming pc, works on arrival and I haven't seen any problems with it. Will recommend EDIT: after a couple of days of using the PC, there has been random freezing that only can be fixed by shutting down. Looking at the motherboard the DIMM3 red light is on for the ram meaning the third slot ram stick is either faulty or wrongly placed, after doing some investigative work on a PC and re-inserting the ram it seems like one of the clamps for the third ram slot has trouble holding and clamping. Outside of that there isn’t that many issues I will have to go to the shop to see what’s wrong with the motherboard ram slots. I will also place the ram stick on another slot to see if it’s the ram stick or the clamps on the ram stick slot EDIT 2: Did more technical work and found out that there is an issue with the DIMM3 Ram Slot (3rd Ram slot) on the motherboard. I removed the 1st and 3rd ram sticks from the motherboard and the red light disappeared. I then used the remaining ram sticks and inserted them into the 1st and 3rd ram slots and then the red light reappeared. The motherboard came in with a faulty ram slot. I've contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement PC being sent. Will update on if I have any luck with that, until I get a resolution on the matter, my review score will be at 2 stars.

I got this computer for my son for graduation, he wanted a new gaming computer. He is very happy with the computer's performance. He mostly plays online games, with higher end graphics, so he needed something that would work for that. We did have an issue with the video card, it just stopped displaying. Contacted the customer service email, got a response quickly. They sent us a shipping label to send the video card back, and as soon as it shipped, they sent a replacement. New card is working perfectly so far. Highly recommended this computer and this company!

Computer runs well, and it runs quietly. It's handling WoW with the max settings without issue. Looks beautiful, packaged well, and seems to be a very good computer for the cost. I will say I tried to load warzone, and it seemed to have trouble, but it may have been to do with not having the maps downloaded all the way. The keyboard, mouse, and soundbar are very cheaply made. I've not had any issues from the keyboard yet, but you can tell it's not long lasting. The mouse looks cool, but it lacks any additional buttons beyond a standard computer mouse. The soundbar worked great for a week or two on AUX mode, but the sound quality on the bluebooth was close to worthless. I'd def recommend the computer if you're on a budget, but you'll want to use headphones or get some better speakers ASAP, and if extra buttons on your mouse are a necessity, buy a different one. I love the keyboard, tbh, but i don't trust it to last long. I've seen some people talking about the fans falling off. I haven't adjusted the speed on mine, but i'm assuming you want to avoid pushing them to their max settings unless you're running some heavy multi-tasking.

I built it with performance in mind, and it hasn't let me down. Whether I'm playing next-gen games with maximum graphics or having a thousand things open at once for work or editing, it runs smoothly. I have no lags, no stutters, and the loading time is minimal.

Just got the brick, it's a brick, not a computer. Wifi doesn't work. The link they sent me to make it work doesn't work. Sound keeps going in and out. Spent over 2 hours trying to contact tech support on hold, finally left a call back number and have been sitting here at home with better things to do for nearly 3 hours now with no return phone call. Returning this brick to them. Buyer beware, not really a great company to do business with. Edited: So I finally got the wifi working but had to figure out what motherboard I had through trial and error because it's impossible to see on the component itself. Then I had to reload drivers and finally got that part working. The sound still goes in and out but the company finally did respond and say they would send me out a new soundbar... no thanks, it's INCREDIBLY cheap. And that's the real issue with the system - understanding that this is a cheaper system, basically a first time purchase for a child - the components inside the system are unnecessarily cheap... as are the keyboard and mouse and soundbar they provide. In other words you're not even really getting what you're paying for with this system. And that's assuming it even works for you, which it didn't for me. My advice is simply to look elsewhere.
