Bought this for my 13 year old son for christmas. He is just now getting into pc gaming. He loves it. No complaints so far. Came packaged well, safe and secure. Very easy to set up, he did it on his own (w/my supervision of course to make sure all went accordingly). He did change out the mouse and the keyboard that it came with, but only because he wanted one that lit up all different color variations, and not just rainbow. Also you will need speakers if you dont use headphones. My son uses both. But there are no speakers on the pc itself. While plugging in make sure you follow directions step by step. It does say for video output "do not plug in here" and my son of course plugged in that spot for video. Also there is info concerning the Volts on the switch on the back, neither # matched the directions, ao we kept it switched to the one it was on and closest too with the #s. Seems to be fine. Overall im very pleased. Good starter pc, great astetics, and value for the money, gaming capabilities seem to be great as well. ... show more

My son watches YouTube and plays Roblox and that’s it this pc has been nothing but a problem keeps crashing he gets maybe 1 week of play before we have to factory reset it complete garbage keep having to download tenda just to get his WiFi working after factory reset

This is my brothers first gaming pc, I was testing out the pc and i would rate it a good 8/10. (He rates it a 9/10) I think its actually really good for it’s price, and it comes with a keyboard and mouse and soundboard. To be honest the soundboard kind of sucks because when i play games the music cuts off a few seconds then goes back to normal every now and then, but the soundboard isn’t a problem at all you can just buy a new one if anything. Everything else like the IMPORTANT stuff is not damaged or bad or anything like that. The pc runs well and does not overheat at all, it does get a bit warm at times but it hasn’t overheated yet. My brother only just received his pc today so who knows what’ll change, if anything does i will edit this review. The pc connected pretty quickly and it ran great, the pc is fairly big and my favorite part of it was the lights that it has. The lights change color and it’s pretty cool, it comes with a remote which is not a problem to my brother tbh. Sorry for the yap, now about the gaming quality and whatever, it’s pretty good. We tried roblox, minecraft and fortnite. My brother also tried ark and overwatch but idk how the performance is on those games because I wasn’t there to see. But what i can say, is on roblox wise it’s super good at not laggy at all. I even tried laggy games on roblox like dress to impress, my brother even enabled high settings and it ran perfectly. On minecraft it was a bit laggy but not too bad. It’s not like a nonstop lag it only lags just here and there, but not bad at all. Now fortnite , it’s good as you can tell by the clip but at times it was laggy but once again not bad. So overall i think the performance on this pc is great for it’s price and worth the money if you’re on a budget imo. I enjoy the pc a lot, it also comes with a manual to help you out. Mainly everything you need they give it to you. Make sure to plug in everything as well. That’s pretty much it! Sorry for the crappy writing and describing idk how to explain that well. But yeah the pc is cool! (Also forgot to mention that when my bro first got the pc , one of the fan things came off. It’s not much of a problem it was only one and it doesn’t affect anything so, But just putting that out there.) ... show more

Let me start with the introduction. I bought this gaming pc through my mother's Amazon acct(transfered the money to her bank acct and sent her the link of which model I needed since I did not at the time have my own Prime acct). On to the PC... This package is a BEAST of a machine for the price point of $750! It's an absolute STEAL! Are you getting a 12th gen i7? No, of course not! That's how they can bring the price down and bring a better value to the customer.( I see some people complaining that it is not the newest generation i7 cpu, but to be honest the i7 they give you will literally play ANY current gen game(including cyberpunk 2077) in the highest ultra settings no problem! I use mine to send the gpu signal over HDMI 2.1 cable to my SONY Master series XR48A90K OLED 48" 4k 120hz UHD TV. I play all my pc games at 4k resolution with maxed out graphics and ray tracing on and my FPS in games like Cyberpunk 2077 is around 52 FPS in ultra settings and 4k resolution. If I were to drop to 1440p or 1080p I would have WAAAAY more frames than that! In games like Gears of War 4 I get 196 fps on average in the highest settings and in native 4k resolution as well. I made some minor improvements to my rig as well... I cloned my SSD hd and moved my boot drive over to a higher capacity 2TB Crucial MX500 3D NAND SSD, I replaced the 500 watt "unrated power supply" with a Thermaltake Tr2 RX 750 watt modular power supply for more expandability and power for my components. I added a 1TB Western Digital Black high performance gaming hard drive.(I'll keep my original 1 TB boot drive as a backup in case my Crucial MX500 3D NAND SSD were to fail. I installed a new SoundBlaster Audigy 5/RX 7.1 HD 24 bit 192khz sound card. I installed a 12" RGB LED light bar to the bottom of my case which plugs directly into the included SATA RGB controller (10 fans + 2 LED light strips/bars). I cleaned up my cables using UV reactive cable shielding. Lastly I bought and installed some "Vath-made "GeForce RTX" and "Intel Core i7 inside" metal badges/stickers to the outside of my case. I then overclocked my RTX 3060 to +200Mhz on the gpu core clock and +900Mhz on the GDDR6 Memory clock. This setup now benchmarks using cinebench and Furmark equal with a 3060ti! I'm so happy I was able to snag this great deal and would certainly buy again knowing what I know! Don't listen to the negative reviewers out there complaining that they can't get the newest $500 cpu's in a system that only runs you $750 to start! You get everything you need to game with ultra settings in 4k and believe me... This setup WILL RUN any modern title you wanna throw at it! It has never failed to play any one of my games! ... show more

I purchased this computer on February 23rd 2026, by April 19th. It stopped working. Wouldn't turn on anymore. The sellers customer service was no help. First, it took forever to speak to someone. Then they just sent me a YouTube video to try to troubleshoot it myself. Even after I told them the issue. The video sent didn't relate to the problem itself. I was told to email them if it didn't work and someone would call me back. Guess what? DING, DING, DING! Nobody called me back. I should have listened to all the other negative reviews and never purchased it. Thankfully, an Amazon associate came through and helped resolve my issue. ... show more
