The pc came very well packaged, and worked great for ONE day- the next day it randomly stopped displaying image to my monitor, I purchased a new hdmi, and even a port-hdmi converter in case it was just the port. Didn’t work. Called customer service to initiate a return and was given the run around. The tracking for my return on Amazon hasn’t updated, yet has been marked delivered by ups 12 days ago, called my bank to dispute charges, I suggest anyone else having problems do the same. ... show more

I am giving 4 stars because as with everything there is room for improvement. However, that being said. Right out of the box this thing looks amazing. Fires right up and after updating my Grandson logged in a started downloading his Steam account then some games and got after it. He played well into the night and thanked me over and over for his new PC. The packaging was done well but I would've upped the video card or the ram either in the size, or the manufacturer or both. Just my opinion but for an affordable little machine this does the trick for sure. ... show more

Unfortunately my product arrived broken everything looked great when I plugged it all in and turned it on it was stuck in BIOS and couldn’t get out of that. Tried everything in the books and even had a professional check it out to tell me it was a dud

A friend of mine purchased a pc and it died after her having it a month. She got a year warranty on it, and when she contacted the seller about her PC no longer working, they didn't want to honor the warranty, saying they "sold all their products to Amazon" and won't give her a new PC. The media could not be loaded. So far so good bought for 13 year old son bday easy hook up. Just doesn't have many HDMI ports for accessories. Bought a splitter box. Also need better instructions where to plug accessories in. I don't like that there's no one to talk to for days with call back to answer quick setup questions ... show more
