The color, the texture, the feel of my lips..All amazing! This has a lot more kick than a lip balm..goes on smoother and silkier. And it is not oily looking or too shiny like a lip oil. My lips also are so nourished when I have it on. It is a great every day slipstick, and for a hydrating lipstick , stays on fairly well. I am going to get other colors. I purchased the e.l.f. Glow Reviver Slipstick, Tinted Lip Oil Stick in Jam Packed and Cherry on Top. First, the facts: The tube is magnetic, and I found this to be the case not only with the individual top and bottom, but if you purchase two tubes, they will magnetize to one another and "stick" together (which is kind of cool). It's convenient and kind of a modern touch. Pros: The product is high quality and high end for the price. It is a highly pigmented oil/stain which goes on smoothly and consistently. Cherry on Top gave me a natural "flush" to my lips with one to two coats and made my lips look plumper and larger. Jam Packed is a darker color and can have the impact of making lips look smaller if you use too much of it, so be aware of this. One coat of it, however, looks lovely. I found that the product does not bleed into my surrounding face from my lips if I am well-moisturized. Cons: Your lips need to be previously moisturized and not chapped at all. This product will show any and all issues you have with lip damage. Therefore, individuals who already moisturize and gently exfoliate regularly will most likely be happier this product, since I found it to be unforgiving. While it didn't bleed outside of my lip area, it might require lipliner for others. It is definitely an oil which does stain. And, it will get on your teeth if you bite your lips at all. My only personal gripe with it (and, one I hope is changed in future iterations) is: It has an unpleasant odor. You can't really smell it unless you literally put it right up to your nose and try very hard to smell it, but it does not smell nice. If you are accustomed to really pretty smelling high-end cosmetics....this is not one of those. Conclusion: I am glad I purchased it. Cherry on Top was especially a good choice, since it gives that "freshly flushed" stain look, but in an oil form - pretty much combining a stain with a gloss/oil (one product instead of having to use two). The price is very good for a high quality, highly pigmented product.

I love the color, richness and pigment. The only downside is the lip cap. Its magnetic and if you dont align it correctly, it wont hold together. There were times ive taken this out my bag and only pulled out the product and not the cap thats supposed to stay on with it. Its a bit irritating knowing I have to be careful with it and that I cant just throw it into any bag. I dont want to ruin it in the chances of the cap coming off with little agitation. In fact I kept this in a separate zipped section of the bag where it just laid on top of other products. The cap still came off too easy. The price point is still very affordable but I would not say it gives a lip plumping effect. It glides easy and is very smooth and spreadable. I love to use this when I just need a pop of color.

This lipstick is the best! It goes on smooth and is very hydrating, not to mention it smells wonderful! It has a cool magnetic lid that snaps on. I love it so much I bought two so I can have one in my purse and one on my makeup table. There are lots of colors to choose from. I got the pink and it’s perfect for everyday and goes with everything. Highly recommend!

I am a bit of a lipstick junkie. OK a hoarder might be a better word. The problem is that I’m always in search of the perfect lipstick. One that works on mature skin, has just the right amount of coverage, lasts a little while, and most of all isn’t drying. There are so many choices out there. I don’t mind spending money for something that’s worth it, however, when it comes to lipstick, I often buy a color that looks great in the tube and then get it home and it has a weird smell, or doesn’t last, or most of all is drying. That is not the case with these elf lipsticks. The price point is just right. There’s no strange smell, they are very moisturizing, and a cross between a bomb glosses, and lipstick, you cannot go wrong. Especially in the winter time these give you the perfect cross of cover, color, and moisture. and can we talk about the lipstick tube? Very similar to other high end lipsticks. I have bought three different shades. They are all very similar to the pictures that are shown in this watches. At this price, I will be back for more. Looking forward to trying out some summer colors too. Hope they keep adding to the collection.

Love the color, goes on well. Slides on with no stickiness and glides when you rub lips together. Feels nice initially and color lasts surprisingly long even though the shine does not. Feels like an oily tinted chapped stick, no need for mirror to apply and doesn't feel like much on the lips. After awhile, maybe two or three applications, my lips do feel dry, not hydrating like their lip oil. And the color settles into cracks, the product really feels like its sitting on top of the lips rather than sinking in and hydrating.
