The media could not be loaded. Machine is great it can put together already. I do wish they had an adjuster where you can adjust the steps and make it harder each time. Take it up a notch, but overall machine is good to have for the price.

I'm always looking for fitness equipment I can keep in the apt, that doesnt take up much space. So when I came across this guy, I jumped. Pretty much loving the compact size and heavy duty feel. It's great pullin this guy out of the little closet, doin a 15-20min routine and pop it right back in. The unit itself is confidently sturdy and heavily built. No wobble at all. Really a great intuitive little piece of equipment. If you're looking for a fun way to get your steps in with resistance bands, this might be a good way to go. My wife and I both agree. This stepper comes pretty much ready to use out of the box. You just need to screw in the stride adjustment knob and hook on the resistance bands (if wanted) then it is ready for your workout. The stepper is sturdy, portable and easy to use. There is an LCD monitor to help you track your session by showing time, strides each minute, calories burned and accumulated steps. I got this stepper to use while watching TV or off and on during the day for a short workout. It doesn’t take up much space making it easy to store away when not in use. It is quiet when using so it won’t disturb others and you are able to hear what is going on around you (TV, music, conversation). I am in the process of getting used to the stepper and using it with a countertop or high back chair in front of it to help me keep my balance. I haven’t tried using the resistance bands, but hope to work up being comfortable enough on the stepper to use them. If you are looking for a convenient apparatus that doesn’t take up much space and is easy to use and store, this mini stepper is for you. Five stars. ... show more

This is your standard stepper. It is easy to step up and down and it comes with a resistance bands and an LCD counter, which is powered by a battery that came pre-installed. A great way to add in some steps if you can't make it outside and have limited space indoors. Great quality and it even has a little screen that gives you a bunch of stats. I'm a bit watery of the resistance bands but they do come included if that's something that you use. I thought you could adjust the angle of the steps and therefore stride length, but unfortunately have to send it back. This stepper is made for people with short legs. The range of motion is way too small for me to benefit. In fact, it's shorter than the actual steps going up to my apartment building. Otherwise works fine.
