I'm someone who tries to get by on more budget-friendly items, but after sitting in this I immediately regretted not shelling out on it sooner. I felt instant relief and support from both underneath and behind and at once I realized how little support my $150 ergonomic office chair had actually been providing these past several years. The arm design here is also outstanding (particularly the degrees of freedom and the way it fits nicely under desks) and something that one can only fully appreciate when comparing a chair like this to a more standard model. Please do yourself a favor and just get this..I can only imagine how much better it will be for your long-term health and comfort.

I've been sitting in this chair for an hour now, initial thoughts are decent. The seat cushion is incredible, super comfortable and pretty. The back rest is a nice shape and keeps me sitting upright but is made out of a rather hard plastic, I wish it was mesh. Packaging was not very nice, one wheel of the chair was sticking out of the box. I will be sticking with this chair as opposed to returning it. ONE WEEK UPDATE: The chair is great! The backrest has grown on me as I've adjusted my sitting position. If you are coming from a not very nice chair (like my old amazon basics chair) then expect to have to adjust your posture for this one, but also I guess that's the point. I have noticed that the arm rests, although strong, are rather wiggly a move left to right when my arm is on them. Also, if you enjoy super soft back rests, this really isn't the chair for you. The backrest is hard, make sure you are expecting that. Great chair! Only wish it was slightly cheaper.

Very happy with this desk chair. It's stylish and comfortable, perfect for my petite frame (5'3"). It is adjustable, so could also accommodate taller / bigger people. Lumbar support hits the right spot in my lower back. Light pink cushion looks cute in my home office, pairs well with light wood and dark electronics. Mesh seat back is breathable and slightly stretchy, feels fine. I can lean back with no risk of tipping over, seat is well balanced and properly weighted.

Be warned. Item is either not as advertised or is missing lumbar support adjustment piece. Third party seller, so Amazon isn't able to assist much with finding a resolution. Chair is fineish. Feels quite small for taller individuals.

I got this chair used for a small fraction of the retail price. For the $260 I paid for it, I'm happy with my purchase. But there is no way I would pay whatever ungodly corporate rip-off price they're asking for this chair new. It's a solid, but quite basic, chair. For what they're asking, you would expect some sort of unique experience as they promise in the $1,000+ models. But you won't find that. What you'll get is a pretty standard chair with good adjustability. That's all. The reason you'll still buy this one is because you can't afford $1,000+ and you're afraid to roll the dice with a no-name brand. Even if this chair isn't exactly exciting, at least you know what you're getting and there will be no surprises. But surely a comparable chair can be found for half the price of this one. Or do like I did and scavenge for a cheap used one. It almost never makes sense to buy new furniture because the resale value of furniture in general is horrible.

I thought it was going to be a mesh back, it was not, it was plastic! The adjustable arms are great! Assembly was very easy. As far as comfort, it’s less than desirable. My daughter owns a higher end steel case chair and the comfort of her chair is exceptional and I was assuming this chair wouldn’t be quite as comfortable because it’s on the lower end of the line but was expecting more comfort then this chair offers. I am very disappointed with this chairs comfort over all. Save your money and buy a $200.00 chair and get the mesh backing and more then likely a more comfortable chair or at the very least the same comfort as this high priced piece of junk.
