Overpriced and did not come in color that was advertised. The video also shows a lumbar support option that was not on the chair I got. For something this expensive it should come as advertised. It’s a comfortable chair, just not what I thought I was buying.

I bought a Herman Miller about a year ago, the mesh started to get soft. So I bought this steelcase chair. The chair is so comfortable, I don’t want to get up. Love it.
