The media could not be loaded. Received this espresso machine on Monday and it worked easy enough for my shots. While attempting to use the milk frother for the first time, when turning the control knob to the steam setting, a blast of steam came out of the CONTROL KNOB and burned my finger! Steam continued to ooze out from the control knob for several seconds (which is what my video captured). Zero steam was directed to the frother. Hoping this was just a dud with a bad seal but not taking chances on exchanging for the same. Good thing I’m not a hand model. 😂

We like flavored coffee. Every espresso machine we've ever had I had to grind the coffee finer. This one takes the coffee as it is. Makes the best foam on the steamed milk. I'm getting another one at this price! Very pleased a year later.
