I’m so sorry I had to return it because I’m an appliances technician and it wasn’t for my heavy stuffs. But product is very good! If you don’t lifting washer or fridge that will be great a product for you.

China made. Very basic instructions. Eg the chain system isn’t explained or illustrated. Hence the 4 stars. IT WORKS. Bought to help out on a beefy bumper (cow pusher with a winch). It worked flawlessly.

I am so disappointed with this product because it appeared fine when I first accepted it however, it’s just been sitting for aa out a month inside our home and hasn’t been used since I assembled it. This morning I noticed ALL the paint is coming off the metal and it has sharp edges as well.

it works but not really worth the money i pay for it due to quality.

Well built hand truck with the only issue being the one bolt in the arm was cross-threaded and broke when we were assembling. I recommend a better quality check at the factory level for that issue. Instructions were clear. Fits nicely through my front door and makes life a bit easier for us at home.
