The media could not be loaded. Bought and paid for with my own money but wouldn’t mind trying out some of their other products to review. This one is so damn good! My order arrived in three days! The box is heavy for sure. That was a good sign considering I was hoping the product was built sturdy. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble. I used it immediately to help move some totes full of books! Wow! What a back saver! I plan to use it to help me move my CRT TVs around in my game room. You older folks know how difficult it can be to move a 275 lbs 36 Inch Tube TV around. This thing will make getting old a lot easier! I think it was worth the price and even though I always want something for a better deal, I can’t really complain about something that will save my back and make moving heavy items a breeze! ... show more

What a back saver. Rolls smooth. Easy to assemble and a great piece of engineering. It came well packed and was very easy to put together. Nice to load heavy two man lift items in a pickup or on a shelf. The guy that designed this knew his stuff. Id give it 10 stars if I could. Just a quality made useful product, gets the job done. I use it to lift heavier logs onto my lathe, it positions the log perfectly for attachments and takes little effort. I love this lift.

I was a little hesitant about getting this due to the price but am really glad I decided on it. It is very sturdy and easy to use. If you work alone and have the need to pick up heavy, awkward items you need to get this item. I have been researching both pallet jacks and hydraulic carts for a very long time. The main thing that stopped me from buying either is I didn't need the "max load" that came with the "max price" but something less industrial that could save my senior-citizen-aged back. Setting up some new raised beds was testing my back's lifting limits and my creativity in getting 20 lb bags up & over 24" (something that was a breeze 25 years ago, but harder now) So I stopped work and went back to look at hydraulic carts again. Nicely surprised that they came down in price, and the lift was tall enough, but then something orange caught my eye. SuperHandy -the makers of the electric wheelbarrow I own (which makes hauling on my hill so much easier) was showing a Patent Pending Pallet Jack/Stacker. That was EXACTLY what I've been searching for for so many years. It's 100 lbs (So I could lift and assemble the parts) It handles up to 330 lbs (that's approx 16 of the 2 cu ft MiracleGro bags) The Stacker feature raises to a max of 40" -which is more than I need for my raised beds -any of them And I could also use it as a Hand Truck. I have lots of those already but the nice platform gives more balance so that only one person is required to put the item on the hand truck and then tip it back to transport it anywhere on my 4 acres. The foot brake and foot brake release are so easy to use. Keeping your load where you need it. I was able to assemble the Pallet Jack/Stacker in just 90 min. The instructions were very good, the only issue I had with them is that the 12mm nut is on the unit (The instructions don't mention that). I hoped it was when I didn't find it, and was happy it was there (needed at the last step) I'm a short, overweight, old woman and had no problems at all putting the SuperHandy tool together. I did need some metric sockets, and a ratchet. An allen wrench for 2 screws is included. There was only one issue I had. The first step has you put the wheels on, and the first wheel slid on nicely on the axel bar. The second wheel did not want to slide on. The axel bar seemed to have a larger OD (outer diameter) for the 2nd wheel, as opposed to the first one. I took off the first wheel and tried it on the second but it wouldn't go on either. So I just forced the wheel to go on. It makes a scraping noise when you first start rolling but I'm going to work my pallet jack/stacker to death anyway. I did NOT want to box the whole thing up and ship it out. I live very rural and getting down the mountain to find a UPS store is a major PITA, so I usually just make it work. That's why this unit did not get 5 stars. I mainly use the stacker feature, but have used the hand truck feature too. There's a pin that holds the crank that lowers or raises the stacker, and once pulled and positioned to not go back in, it's very easy to raise and lower even 150 lbs. Although I can go to 330 lbs, I haven't needed to yet. I get bulk supplies delivered up my hill and so far this tool has done everything I've needed, and my old back couldn't be happier. ... show more
