My wife heard me talking about needing a platform lift for quite a while since I've gotten older and lifting heavy things off the floor hurts more these days. So I scoured online sources for a deal on a used lift, but they were either too expensive, too far away and or overkill for our needs (typically full 5 gallon buckets). She happened onto this one on Black Friday at a very reasonable price, so after reading the reviews we ordered it. It arrived two days early. The packaging was very well done. Despite some damage to the box, there was no shipping damage to the lift. It is heavy, so you may need another person to help you move the box to get it to your assembly area or use a hand truck like I did. My initial impression when I opened the box was the welds all look very good, the fit and finish are excellent and overall quality rivals any of the big name commercial brands. I read the instructions prior to assembly and then followed them step by step. The instructions are very clear, well written and illustrated. Be sure and keep them since they also include maintenance and repair sections. I had it unpacked, put together and fully functional, by myself, in less than 45 minutes. It comes with a hex wrench for two of the bolts, but you'll need some metric wrenches for the rest of the threaded fasteners. The forks, platform and front wheel extensions assemble with pins and the crank handle folds, so it will be very east to break down for storage if space is limited. The brakes are foot pedal operated, easily accessible and lock the rear wheels hard, so there's no danger of it moving on you when you're loading or unloading. Lifting a full 6 gallon bucket (approx. 50 lbs.) off the floor to workbench height was almost effortless. If you have to cross a threshold or other irregularity in the floor, simply tip it back like a hand truck. The rear wheels are on ball bearings and it moves like a breeze. Even if we'd paid full retail price for this lift, it would've been worth every penny. I highly recommend this platform lift. I'm "only" leaving five stars because Amazon won't let me leave TEN!

I bought my Super Handy material lift in April 2024. It's now July 2026, so I've had more than two years to use it. I actually have another lift similar to this, made by Genie. It's a true material lift, but it's much bigger and awkward to move around. I wanted something I could unload things from the bed of my truck, or use to lift things from near ground level onto a table/stand/etc. I didn't want to spend the money, but there was something I needed this for at the time in 2024 which is escaping me now. However, I do not regret buying this for a second. I am not going to lie and say I use this thing every day, because I don't. I've gone months without touching the thing, and then used it three times in a week. You probably know how that goes. What I can say is this is small enough to be maneuverable, built strong enough to handle some taxing lifts while remaining stable, and it has held up great. No issues what-so-ever. I've stored it inside and outside as projects move around. I wish it could lift another foot higher and had a capacity of say 500 pounds, but then you start making it larger, heavier, and less portable. So while this can't do everything I wish it could, within it's working envelope, it does a great job. I used two 24" wide by 7' long pieces of plywood, stacked on top of each other and clamped to the table to remove a garbage Hisense 85" LCD TV from the wall mount in my family room. Was it a little sketch? Yeah, but it got the job done with no issues. I pulled that TV off, and lifted the new Sony 85" TV onto the platform, said a prayer, and up she went. It worked perfectly. I've lifted 300 pound ovens onto workbenches for repair, and just yesterday I lifted a 1940's vintage Atlas 7B shaper out of my F150 and onto its stand. It never felt unstable, even as I was moving it on my sloped driveway, over the control joints in the concrete, and maneuvering it so I could slide it off the table and onto the stand. If you need to move things from ground level into a truck bed, or into a stand/table/workbench, or do crazy things like install a really big TV without help, this is a great tool to consider. It has its limits, but I'm certainly glad to have it.

I recently received my new lift cart, and after a few days, I had the opportunity to assemble it. The cart was delivered on a Friday, and we decided to put it together the following Monday. The instructions provided were quite clear, making the assembly process very straightforward and hassle-free. One of the first things I noticed about the lift cart is its impressive design. Bought and paid for with my own money but wouldn’t mind trying out some of their other products to review. This one is so damn good! My order arrived in three days! The box is heavy for sure. That was a good sign considering I was hoping the product was built sturdy. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble. I used it immediately to help move some totes full of books! Wow! What a back saver! I plan to use it to help me move my CRT TVs around in my game room. You older folks know how difficult it can be to move a 275 lbs 36 Inch Tube TV around. This thing will make getting old a lot easier! I think it was worth the price and even though I always want something for a better deal, I can’t really complain about something that will save my back and make moving heavy items a breeze!

I ordered this lift to aid with lifting since my sciatica has been killing me lately. And so far so good, it levels out nicely to the bed of my pick up truck. Wish it would have came with a steel cable and a more heavy duty inner gear ⚙️ but can't complain for the pricing. Make sure to add grease to the gear as it looks to come slightly dry. Other than that will recommend will buy again.

Very happy with this purchase. Assembly was quick and easy, and it has proven to be a very versatile and functional tool. I just wish I had gotten it earlier! There are a number of similar tools available, but I chase this because the arms, feet, and table are all fastened with a cotter pins and not bolts, making it quick and easy to partially disassemble for storage if needed. Note that the table does not go flat to the ground, so you need to tip heavy objects up and then onto the arms/table, making it a 2-person operation. The locking pin for the handle has not been necessary so far, but it is nice to have the insurance this provides. The radius of cranking wheel is small enough that it does not transfer a lot of force onto the rope. I was a bit concerned that this has a nylon rope and not a steel cable, but so far this has not been an issue. My only other issue is that the hard wheels make it difficult to pull the lift up over thresholds while it is loaded. I solved this by using a hand truck with inflated wheels to get loads over the steps and then transferred the load to the lift. (This also made tipping the load up to get it onto the table trivial.)

I have been researching both pallet jacks and hydraulic carts for a very long time. The main thing that stopped me from buying either is I didn't need the "max load" that came with the "max price" but something less industrial that could save my senior-citizen-aged back. Setting up some new raised beds was testing my back's lifting limits and my creativity in getting 20 lb bags up & over 24" (something that was a breeze 25 years ago, but harder now) So I stopped work and went back to look at hydraulic carts again. Nicely surprised that they came down in price, and the lift was tall enough, but then something orange caught my eye. SuperHandy -the makers of the electric wheelbarrow I own (which makes hauling on my hill so much easier) was showing a Patent Pending Pallet Jack/Stacker. That was EXACTLY what I've been searching for for so many years. It's 100 lbs (So I could lift and assemble the parts) It handles up to 330 lbs (that's approx 16 of the 2 cu ft MiracleGro bags) The Stacker feature raises to a max of 40" -which is more than I need for my raised beds -any of them And I could also use it as a Hand Truck. I have lots of those already but the nice platform gives more balance so that only one person is required to put the item on the hand truck and then tip it back to transport it anywhere on my 4 acres. The foot brake and foot brake release are so easy to use. Keeping your load where you need it. I was able to assemble the Pallet Jack/Stacker in just 90 min. The instructions were very good, the only issue I had with them is that the 12mm nut is on the unit (The instructions don't mention that). I hoped it was when I didn't find it, and was happy it was there (needed at the last step) I'm a short, overweight, old woman and had no problems at all putting the SuperHandy tool together. I did need some metric sockets, and a ratchet. An allen wrench for 2 screws is included. There was only one issue I had. The first step has you put the wheels on, and the first wheel slid on nicely on the axel bar. The second wheel did not want to slide on. The axel bar seemed to have a larger OD (outer diameter) for the 2nd wheel, as opposed to the first one. I took off the first wheel and tried it on the second but it wouldn't go on either. So I just forced the wheel to go on. It makes a scraping noise when you first start rolling but I'm going to work my pallet jack/stacker to death anyway. I did NOT want to box the whole thing up and ship it out. I live very rural and getting down the mountain to find a UPS store is a major PITA, so I usually just make it work. That's why this unit did not get 5 stars. I mainly use the stacker feature, but have used the hand truck feature too. There's a pin that holds the crank that lowers or raises the stacker, and once pulled and positioned to not go back in, it's very easy to raise and lower even 150 lbs. Although I can go to 330 lbs, I haven't needed to yet. I get bulk supplies delivered up my hill and so far this tool has done everything I've needed, and my old back couldn't be happier.
