Update: been a couple months and still works great. Used it to take a safe that weighed about 650lbs up a flight of stairs and down. Was definitely bulky and had to I flare the tries to like 32psi, but actually did a great job. Had one extra person still just for balancing but worked very well. Only thing is I’ve noticed a slight grinding noice when going down stairs now, but not up, like it sounds from the gearbox. Not sure but still works good, so hoping it’s nothing. Original post: I’ve only used this a handful of times but as long as it holds up it will be my greatest purchase ever. I am loving having this to move storage totes up and down from the basement. My wife is constantly asking me to move stuff, this saves me tons of trips, see pic of what I brought up in one trip. Original charger blew up and smoked but vendor sent me one that appears to be working now. Bought to move a safe in and down to our basement so will update how that does. So far so good and loving it. Would highly recommend! Feel like this is something everyone should have. Already had a few buddies ask to borrow it. Was a little pricey in the 550 range but as long as it holds up I think it’s worth it!

This cart has done the job, but I don't love it. The ergonomics of the handle are strange. For someone like me, at 6'2 ", you really have to bend over to use it. I flipped the handle. Although it looks funny it's much more comfortable. Also charging the battery is a little wonky it has to be on the power on position but even if it's on the power off position it looks like it's charging so you need to make sure it's correct or you'll come back to what looks like a full charge but it will die in under a minute At the end of the day it's done the job

Bought this for my husband and he loves it, states it does a better job helping him move items then me! Easy to use and store! Definitely helpful with the heavy items up and down the stairs!

I purchased this lift and it worked fine for a few days but then it stopped. I contacted the seller and tried to work through the problem with them and found it difficult to get them to answer the question I had about what I suspected the problem to be. i believe the control board is defective and there is no schematic diagram to look at and it seems they do not want to give any details about the board. ( like it is a state highly classified military secret or something). Anyways they did after back and forth try to give me a little bit of a direction to go in to try to test but nothing is labeled and any labels that are there are Chinese. The seller did give me a refund of my purchase price for the lift and told me I could buy replacement parts on my own. The only problem with that is that there are only a few parts that can be purchased which is not very helpful. None of the electrical parts or components are available as far as I can find other than the battery pack. So, I gave them a 4 star rating because they did refund my money. Thank you!
