So helpful and convenient. One of our Air BNB properties is about 3 fights of stairs. I just knew I needed something like this. However it came open,damaged with missing parts.When we noticed we contacted them and their support was very responsive and offered a new one. We received the new one pretty quick and it came in it's original box this time. And with a Amazon business account you have the option for Zip Pay payment plan.

Used it a couple of times for some light loads and it worked fine. Went to use it a third time and the battery will not take a charge and there's no manual or spec sheet for the battery to buy another one. Help!! This is a 95lbs junk right now without the battery specs.

I purchased this lift and it worked fine for a few days but then it stopped. I contacted the seller and tried to work through the problem with them and found it difficult to get them to answer the question I had about what I suspected the problem to be. i believe the control board is defective and there is no schematic diagram to look at and it seems they do not want to give any details about the board. ( like it is a state highly classified military secret or something). Anyways they did after back and forth try to give me a little bit of a direction to go in to try to test but nothing is labeled and any labels that are there are Chinese. The seller did give me a refund of my purchase price for the lift and told me I could buy replacement parts on my own. The only problem with that is that there are only a few parts that can be purchased which is not very helpful. None of the electrical parts or components are available as far as I can find other than the battery pack. So, I gave them a 4 star rating because they did refund my money. Thank you!

This cart has done the job, but I don't love it. The ergonomics of the handle are strange. For someone like me, at 6'2 ", you really have to bend over to use it. I flipped the handle. Although it looks funny it's much more comfortable. Also charging the battery is a little wonky it has to be on the power on position but even if it's on the power off position it looks like it's charging so you need to make sure it's correct or you'll come back to what looks like a full charge but it will die in under a minute At the end of the day it's done the job
