    • WORTH THE MONEY!!
I bought this out of desperation to move a very large safe, between 800-1000 lbs. This thing handled it like a champ. The stair crawling feature is by far the most useful part of this design. The kick out wheels were useful, but the safe was too large for it to balance properly without holding the hand truck in place. However, I have since used it to move washers, dryers and other furniture. In those cases the kick out legs worked great. The built in ratchet strap is great. I was worried that it would be weak or cheap, but it is heavy duty. The only issue is if you are moving a big object it can be hard or impossible to attach the ratchet strap yourself, as you need to pull both ends at once. If you can't wrap your arms around what you're moving you may need help just to get the strap around it. It is so easy to use, it maneuvers very easy, it can fit through tight corners. The straps are a bonus. Very versitile for various lifts. It's a heavy-duty build and I highly recommend it.

Needed a hand truck to move a safe and this one didn't disappoint. Is taller than I expected but has been very sturdy and stable! Have loaded about 600lbs on it with no issues.

    • belt spring mechanism needs improvement
Very nice and sturdy however spring mechanism on very much needed belt strap came apart at first use. Lucky for us we had a long nail we were able to insert to get it working again. That and we bought additional belt straps. Contacted seller never responded.

Came covered in some kind of sticky substance like extreme tape residue or something. Also some scrapes and dings in the paint and foam panels. Seems like it will still work so whatever, but packaging needs work. Appears to be functional.

This is very heavy duty and works well. The only problem I had was that the pin for the belt lever broke when I was cranking really hard on it. I went to Home Depot and got a proper pin and it works better than the flimsy one it came with. Easy fix and if I had known, I would have upgraded as soon as I got it.
