  • Beautiful Game - Download Code and Case Only
Just as a heads up - there is no physical medium for the game. It's just a Steam download code in a Starfield case. But that's exactly what I wanted. Love to have the case on my shelf but still in my Steam library. As for the game itself, Starfield is fantastic. This was a massively anticipated game, so naturally it didn't live up to the hype for some folks. The game director dubbed it "Skyrim in space" and I think it lives up to that title, for better and worse. It's a beautiful universe to explore, really great side quests, the best combat ever in a Bethesda RPG. I'm 25 hours in and nowhere close to putting it down. Easily looking at 70+ hours. Leaves a few things to be desired, but this is one I'll do multiple play-throughs of over the years. 8.5/10 ... show more

  • Starfield for PC
First off - I really dont understand the negative reviews from people who complain about not getting a physical disc. Its 2023 people - no one uses discs on pc so please join the rest of us on Steam So, I like that you get a physical box that has a cover that you can flip around to show off some artwork. The package comes WITH a code for Steam along with directions. Youll need about 145 GB on your rig to download and play. I'm 3.5 hours in and the game is very good. There's some bugs you'll notice and graphics on citizens could be better. Otherwise, Im very satisfied with Starfield and intend to beat the game ... show more

  • Amazon screwed me out of my preorder code, Game is 11/10
Like the title says I never received my pre order code and I pre ordered 5 months ago. I could have goten it from a official 3rd party seller for 10% less and I would have received my pre order and pre loaded the game. WTF AMAZON. This is all on you. This is a Bethesda game all right. End of review. If you don't know it means it glitch at times and has some weird issues but is truly the best game you will play this decade. Its all the little things like flipping the toilet paper or that a deck of play cards weighs 0.52 lots of love went into this and we lost that in games 10 years ago. ... show more

  • Starfield: Standard Edition - PC
FANTASIC... As with any game there's a learning curve. Perhaps this one more so. FYI: There's NO Media on a Optical disk, etc. to Install. You must download the game. All yo get is a Plastic DVD case, with a Registration Key on a card to redeem on Steam, and a Guide on the controls for PC and Xbox. I bought both PC and Xbox versions. Prefer the game play on a PC more, and I'm not a pro gamer not even close. ... show more

  • Super cheap box
The box is made of super cheap plastic and has a steam code in it instead of a disc. It still lets you play the game, I'm just disappointed because I was expecting it to be a nice boxed game like you get with console games.

  • Great game
I’m not an avid gamer but this is the space game I have always wanted. It’s like a choose your own adventure game, you can do any mission at any point you choose, you can build, rebuild and upgrade your ship as long as you have the money to do so; amazing game!

  • Very Very buggy
Like Fallout 76 this has a huge amounts of bugs that makes most of the game unplayable. Maybe in a year or two they will get the bugs fixed enough that can actually play it. I have all the Fallout games and if they are working properly I love them. Many quests are bugged and can't be completed. Only way around this is to use console commands and set scene for each step of the quest and use commands to complete each step. Nothing worse then getting to the last part of a quest and can't complete it... except when a bug is early in a quest and can't even do any but the first step or two and then hit a bug and can't proceed further. The game ends up being mainly console commands to complete those quests and not actually playing. Ship ramps don't lower so can't walk into and enter ships or leave using the "door" and ramp. Can fast travel to ship and will be in pilot seat... but can't get up from seat and game hangs... can't use ship's storage to put stuff into since can't enter the ship through it's door and get out of pilot seat. If fast travel to ship and stuck in pilot seat game says to either take control of ship or exit ship. The ship's crew will start shooting you. But can take off into orbit which stops that but still can't get out of pilot seat. But when landed can use "X" to leave ship and be on that planet. All the enemy info... health, level, name... makes it very difficult to actually see the enemy. Like the Fallout games most everything is dark and gloomy, I guess the future forgets how to make light bulbs or even decent flashlights. This isn't really a bug but to me it's a poor game design to have players walking around in a fully powered up building but can't turn on the lights but instead stumble around in the dark with a flashlight that's not even as bright as a candle. It's the future with starships but there isn't any lights or decent flashlights? The NPCs "talk" but no speech sound until after the NPC stops "talking"... very bad lag between motion and actual sound. Quest involving entering an enemy ship or an enemy to leave their ship won't work if ramps don't lower. Space battles? Where are they enemy ships? They were there when first started playing game but once that ramp bug popped up no more space battles either. Can use fast travel to go to planets and land and can go to whatever buildings are there and fight enemies in that complex... then fast travel back to ship and fast travel to another planet to find a building and fight again. Buying a ship or modifying or building a new one will still have same bugs. It will work for a one or two landings but then bug reappears. At least the voice actors are very good. If planning on buying Starfield wait for a year or two until they fixed the bugs and game will play correctly. As is it's annoying trying to play it. ... show more

  • Empty Case with Steam Key
This product is an otherwise emptt game case containing a steam key to download the game. I may have missed/overlooked that detail in the description 😮💨 Steam key functioned and was able to download the game (albeit over the course of an entire week due to my rural ISP 🤷♂️🤪)
