  • Pricey but great features!
Color: Sage & Gold
I rarely leave reviews. These headphones are pricey and there’s no denying this. Yet, the sound is excellent. Directional sound is great which was most important to me along-side sound quality. Multi-Bluetooth connect is great for WFH days where I can have my work computer and phone connected, then move right into gaming when I’m done without taking off my headphones. ANC is great too. There is also a transparent mode when you don’t want this. To top it all off, they are VERY comfortable. ... show more

  • End Game Headphones.
Color: Obsidian
I've been using these for a week now and absolutely love them. I upgraded my original Arctis Pro, which I loved, especially the swappable batteries. My only complaints were the noise isolation and audio quality.. these solve both those complaints. The ANC isn't strong like my Sony XM6's, but it definitely does the job for around the house. The audio quality is noticably improved. I've listened to countless songs via YouTube music, Tidal, & FLAC files. These are up there in the audiophile territory, after dialing in the EQ. The price is very steep, but they are end game headphones for me personally. Just weigh what you're desiring from your headphones to decide if the $600 price tag is worth it for you. ... show more

  • $600 = no carrying case
Color: Obsidian
I own Arctis Nova 7X and Nova Pro. You don’t get a carrying case with either of those headsets, so I figured when I spend $600, I’d get one…NOPE. Even if you put that to the side, there are so many issues. I have an XSX, PS5 and Switch 2. None of those systems use 96 kHz audio, it’s going to be the same 48kHz quality you would get from the Nova Pro DAC. I have a very basic custom EQ (v-shape) for listening to music/immersive gaming on my Nova Pro and it’s hard to tell any difference in sound quality versus the Nova Elite. Sounds exactly the same, although I didn’t test 96 kHz audio content. So you’re basically getting 8 hours extra per battery, an extra port on the DAC, soft touch material for the headset and 96 kHz audio that isn’t supported in most gaming situations. The Nova Elite is “compatible” with the Arctis Companion App, which is odd because neither the Nova Pro or Nova 7X are…unfortunately the headset would not connect to the Companion App at all and I was following all the instructions perfectly. It got stuck on “Initializing” and this was on my brand new iPhone Air with the headset paired right next to it. That was a horrible experience!!! Conclusion: The Nova Elite are not worth $350 more the than the Nova Pro. They do sound better out of the box on their default flat EQ but again the difference in audio quality is minimal with a basic v-shape EQ on the Nova Pro. $600 + tax for no carrying case is diabolical. Please do not buy this headset, buy the Nova Pro. ... show more

  • The best version of these headphones but they are to expensive.
Color: Sage & Gold
So I got these and LOVED the feel of them, the build quality was fantastic and love the ear cuffs with the leather. The new dock is awesome and I loved the audio quality. But I did return them because it wasn't a good value for the money. If the product was $200 less then I would have kept them. They are by far the best version of the headphones but they are way to expensive. You can't even use the Hi-Res audio on almost anything. The microphone is amazing and I wanted to keep this product, but its to so much money. ... show more

  • Expensive but great sound and premium feel
Color: Sage & Gold
So far real nice features and feel. Probably overpriced but do sound and feel very premium. Hope test of time keeps them feeling the same way.

  • Significant update from the Nova Pro
Color: Sage & Gold
Just got these to replace my Nova Pro, and I cannot state enough how much BETTER these are than the Pro's -- - Dual USB inputs at once (total game change for me) - Significantly more comfortable - Massively better ANC - Visually stunning - Hub unit is 100% better than the last two generations I've had every generation of the Nova & Wireless-H, and these are such a great step forward! Can't say enough how much I absolutely LOVE these -- worth every penny I spent ... show more

  • I'm Not Angry, Just Disappointed...
Color: Sage & Gold
I REALLY wanted to love these, but ended up returning. I couldn't afford them, but I bought them anyway, hoping that they could be my everything headset for work, gaming, and travel. The headset feels absolutely premium and is very comfortable, and I loved the color with the sage and gold. The flexibility to be connected to my phone and my computer wirelessly similtaniously with decent noise canceling is a game-changer. It seemed like these would be the perfect fit. Unfortunately, they fell short where it matters most. I'm no audiophile, but the sound just isn't good. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that had a defective unit, but it sounded muddy and muffled, like I had cotton stuffed in my ears. I also struggled to pick out directional cues when playing competetive games. I could tell the vague general direction sounds were coming from, but I couldn't tell how far away someone was or the exact direction. In more immersive games, like Hogwarts Legacy, everything sounded super closed in and one-dimensional. Also, the volume knob on the base station was loose and had a lot of play before it registered a change in volume. Like I said before, maybe I had a defective unit (I guess I'll never know) but as a long time Steelseries user/lover, I'm very disappointed. This is NOT what I expected for $600. ... show more
