Funny how as soon as the support for the product expired, the heater stopped working. I purchased this in November 2022 for Thanksgiving party. It was broken by February 2023. The media could not be loaded. I was very impressed with this heater. It took less than 5 minutes to put together (WAY easier than any kids toys) and the base is light enough to move but heavy enough that it won’t fall over easily. There were a handful of brackets and other metal pieces that there weren’t clear directions on what to do with but I figured it was for booting it to the floor somehow. I love that it turns on with the pull cord. I wasn’t sure how hot it would get but you can definitely feel the heat radiating from it. I can’t wait for it to get cold outside to use this for game nights in our garage. ... show more

This worked really well for our space, a covered outdoor porch. If you live in a really a cold place, you might need another version. But this did what it said & we enjoyed the warmth. Very easy to set up. We did have a problem with the first one. After working for many weeks, it burnt out. It was possible our electric got overloaded or there was a power surge. I dont know. Nevertheless, they were easy to contact & sent a replacement as soon as they could. ... show more

Sadly just does not give off enough heat to really do anything. Even lowered it so it was closer to guests sitting, though you'd pretty much would have to be sitting directly under it a foot away to even feel any heat. Wish I kept the packaging to return it.

    • Not What I Hoped For
This heater was super simple to assemble and I liked that it produced a light for outside when turned on. Downfalls are that it didn’t put off heat like it said it would at “up to 15 ft”, you literally had to stand right underneath it to feel anything at all, and after 2 months of using it maybe a total of 4 hours, it stopped working. Won’t turn on. The bulb may need to be changed or something, but I’m not putting forth MORE money for something that doesn’t work that well in the first place. One other thing, when I turned it on, it dimmed our bedroom lights on the other side of the wall. I guess it was using THAT MUCH power to do it but nothing to show for it. Great outdoor heater. Looks like a floor lamp but takes the chill off autumn air. Feel the radiant heat even in breezy conditions. As with any outdoor heater, you must sit close to the heater. Good purchase!

    • Simple clean look and adequate heat
Simple clean look in Tuscan cooper finish. Two drawbacks are an exposed electrical cord running down the outside that other similar models hide inside the post and it only has one power level vs low and high.
