It’s very stylish, and easy to assemble. I looked at dozens of lamps, and for the price, it’s a deal! The shade is easy to put together. I actually like the fact that it has to be assembled; it prevents damage to shade in shipping. There is no switch on the body of the lamp, rather it’s located on the cord on the floor, just tap it with your foot (might be something to consider if you were to put this in a difficult to reach spot like behind a couch) overall a real bargain! ... show more

I use the floor lamp for my living because I don’t have a light at all. So one lamp only lights up half of the room but two lights up the whole room. I definitely would recommend these lamps and also I would purchase them again.
