I bought this mixer to better mix and not need to knead dough. Great mixer... Works great. Variable speeds, multi attachments, secure when using on table, the only complaint is two sided.... The bowl... I don't like: You can only use provided bowl on this mixer. It would be helpful to use any bowl, since many times you need to mix different items together separately. What I like about the bowl.. It's secured, so when using product is not moving when need to use for long time. It stays put and reduced the splatter by the bowl design. Also, I do agree that the attachments could go a little extension or drop. I had to do a fair amount of scraping bowl to get items mixed as it doesn't get ingredients near sides and bottom. That's it .. overall good mixer

I was looking for a stand mixer that wasn't as tall as some out there. This mixer is perfect for everyday use and it fits in my corner cabinet perfect. I don't like to have a lot of items on my countertop so I wanted more of a low profile so I could put it away when not in use. Also when you use it, the suction cups on the bottom hold tight and its not going anywhere no matter the speed you use. It looks and works great! I had a little snafu when the first one I received did not have the splash guard included so Amazon took care of it and shipped me another very quickly and sent a pre paid return for the one with the missing part. Overall it is a great value for the price. I love it!

I am a pastry chef and needed a stand mixer the last year of pastry school because we had started all of the breads and doughs for which I needed to practice at home. I am also a single working mom so, though I wanted kitchenaid, budget wouldn't allow it. After scouring reviews I bought this one thinking that I would need another one in a few short months after wearing this one out. Boy was I wrong!! So I treated this stand mixer really really rough, because I figured I would throw everything I had at it to prove my point that I needed a better quality machine. This little machine did EVERYTHING I needed it to. Every single bread dough, every cookie and pastry dough. All of it. You can tell when it is working really hard and for some stiff doughs I would need to make sure it didn't overheat by putting my hand on top of it periodically (it never did). It powered through beautifully every time. Everything I made turned out wonderfully.... The ONLY caveat I give to this machine is that the whisk doesn't reach all the way to the bottom of the bowl, and it doesn't have the "lift up" feature of expensive mixers. This was only ever an issue when I had all liquids in the bowl, i e, whipping cream or egg whites. I would have to manually "lift" the bowl for a second to make sure it was whisking everything and to speed it along a little. It didn't have this issue with wet/dry ingredients, as eventually, things would mix together and come nicely off the sides and bottoms of the bowl. This is a GREAT mixer for the price. Is it a kitchen aid? No. Will it do everything a kitchen aid can do? No. Does it do everything a stand mixer can do and does it do it pretty freaking well for the price??? Absolutely. I would definitely buy this again.
