I bought this primarily for rotis/chapatis as I hate the mess of kneading dough. I was a bit worried that using only 1 cup of flour would be too little and the mixer would not get it all. As you can see in the picture, it prepared my dough within 3 minutes on speed 3 with 0 intervention from me. I ordered this mixer a while ago and wanted to use it more than a few times before I write a review. So here I go: The color is stunning and I love it. The suction is very strong, which keeps the mixer from dancing all over the counter while being used. Best thing is that there's no extra procedure to make sure it has a good suction, just put it on the surface and done. It can make it difficult to just push it out of the way, you have to pick it up. This is not a light mixer, it is very sturdy and has some weight to it. I used it for bread dough several times and this mixer has the power needed to actually knead the dough until well combined. The breads came out great, there were a few loaves of gluten free bread as well. The attachments feel light, but they are doing their job well. So far they are holding up and are easy to clean. The mixing bowl has a sharp edge, at least mine does, so I have to be careful. It seems the edge wasn't quite bent more round towards the outside of the bowl to hide the edge. It doesn't bother me and it's only in one area. Cleaning the bowl is easy. I handwash everything after use. I have a dishwasher, but I don't use it for cookware and bakeware. The splash cover for the bowl makes mixing less messy, I usually use the "door" opening for wet ingredients. There's not much room to add flour and it tends to create a mess. I just push the arm up to add large quantities of ingredients and scrape the sides of the bowl lol. The mixer is not really big or too heavy, it's easy to move it, besides the absolutely amazing suction lol, it definitely has made my baking adventures way more fun and less strenuous, I had a hand mixer before. I love the power it packs, my research didn't disappoint me. Trying to find a stand mixer that's powerful and not too heavy is a challenge. A friend let me try his stand mixer, not naming names but it's the brand you find everywhere in stores, and his mixer is about double the size and very heavy. The suction was rather cumbersome to achieve on his kitchen counter and it seemed to struggle with the task. I didn't check, but I am sure my wee mixer has more power. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to more baking adventure, once it cools down outside lol. ... show more

I bought this mixer to replace my very old Kitchen-aid that stopped working. It does what a mixer is supposed to do at a fraction of what a new Kitchen-aid would cost me. I make all my cakes from scratch and this machine handles ingredients (nuts, fruits, etc.) with ease, and I love the fact that it has the powerful suction cups. Just as displayed in the images works great, is sturdy, and well made! These are not cheap! A little loud but hey, I am in a room by myself and making soap all mixers are noisy! The only problem is it doesn't scrape the sides, so I have to stop and do that otherwise 5 stars

I purchased this as a gift for my mom I watched her use it and it gave her great joy. As she gets older her hands are sensitive and this was a game changer and it doesn’t cost $300. It has attachments most used for 1/3 of the price of the more expensive ones. Definitely recommend.
