Product is absolute garbage, straight out the box. It leaked all over my kitchen. Not from the connector part, but from the actual faucet. The hoses on the faucet are defective and leaking from inside the faucet. What a total waste of money and time! And I'll probably have to replace my cabinets now due to water damage. Not satisfied with return options either. Now I have no kitchen faucet, while I wait on return, because I have to send the defective product back. I don't have time for all of that. Spend the extra money and get an actual working faucet. Do not buy this!! It's cheap for a reason ... show more

I had another one of these units from another manufacturer, which was fabulous. It was powerful and worked great, but it had a shorter hose than this one and was an excellent unit. Unfortunately, it sprung a leak, and if I can figure out how to take it apart and repair it, I will do that. This unit is good but has low pressure. It is annoying to go from something powerful to something weak. I will look for another unit and then return to this one. The other unit, the Amazon account no longer carries it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Since I have a super deep sink, getting the flange tightened underneath was kinda tricky. I didn’t end up using the middle gasket due to the thickness of my granite counter. Other thanks that it’s seems great for the price.
