Solid and works well for scraping out the chest cavity!
I got this for chicken butchering and it works as designed. It's solid stainless steel and is rigid enough to withstand some decent leverage. The handle is solid wood and comes with an attached leather strap to hang it. It's a simple solution to a simple problem. Perfect.

Good quality
Items seems to be well-made. Nice wooden handle. Might not be the best for taking out the innards of chicken because you won’t want to damage it if you cook the innards, but works well if you throw those out.
