I have started working from home, so I have grown a little too sluggish and don't move around as much as I used to. I can carry this machine around my house easily because it is very lightweight. I can now exercise whenever I want and even work while doing it without having to leave my house! I’ve only had this a couple of days but I gotta say, the light weight of this machine along with the versatile use of it makes it fun and enjoyable. I do feel the burn in my hips thighs and glutes so I don’t think the only thing it works on is just the waist.

I purchased this to help me get back into a better shape during the cold winter months since that's when physical activities are harder to do. I like the ease of putting together and taking down. I get a good exercise in without feeling like I'm not doing enough. It helps me work out multiple parts of my body at once. I have lost 9lbs in about 2 weeks. So it does help if you cut back on things and add more water into your diet while exercising.i am very pleased with my purchase. ... show more
