Packaged very well with all that is needed for complete install. I love the fact I can add up to 16 cameras to cover even more area that maybe I didn't consider when purchasing. The cameras have a clear and crisp picture that makes it easy to reconize who or what is in sight. The alarm works great I just don't recommend highest sensitivity, it picks up squirrels and will go off. The color is vibrant and has adjustments to create your preference. The tracking works as described which is a bonus if you don't have alot of cameras to see where subject goes when out of angle set on camera,it will track subject around 80°▪︎90° from side where it's set. Do ask about presets because you need to know which one is for the tracking so you don't think they dont work,they do it just has to be set and it's really easy. I haven't tried to connect to my router yet because it's really not a necessity for me but will be doing within the month and will give an update on connectivity. The night vision is the best. Can see clearly I would say up to around 60-80ft. You can make out things further out just not as much detail further out it is but I'm able to see wildlife in yard up to 100 ft away and tell what I'm looking at with ease. I've had other security cameras in use for years on my property but none have compared to these. They are an excellent brand at a excellent price and I've used many diffrent brands and styles and still do but when I compare quality these are the best. For anyone looking to have that piece of mind knowing your home or buisness is being protected I strongly recommend these. With all the features you will be protected or just know who's at your door and if you should be quiet and hide behind the sofa till they leave( salesmen,neighbors borrowing stuff,the inlaws or just that one annoying friend that will never leave. ... show more

The entire system works great out of the box(es). It helps if you have a little networking experience, but it's not hard to figure out anything. Basically, plug and play will get you up and running in no time. Just follow the directions... The quality of the PTZ cameras and NVR are better than expected and you can't go wrong with the price being three to four times less than Panasonic, Axis, Pelco, etc. The ethernet cables the system comes with are plenty long for most homes and the connections are good and weatherproof. The hardest thing about the whole system is running the cables through the fiberglass-filled attic in the extremely hot Florida summer, but if you can handle that, everything else is a breeze... The mounts and mounting hardware are plastic, but they are exceptional and can be modified to work on wood, concrete, stucco, metal, etc. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a great security system without going bankrupt... Just use a little common sense and some minor skills, follow the instructions and take your time to install everything correctly, and you will have an exceptional video security system as well. After purchasing this about 3 weeks ago I've been doing nothing but going back and forth with hiseeu support through WhatsApp and email. My issue: after enabling motion detection, somebody would walk by the camera which would detect the motion but would keep going in the direction of the motion all the way until it faced the wall and then it would stay there for a while then it would go all the way up down left right missing just about anything that would be important such as a car break in all cameras did this. Even if it was my palm tree moving my cameras would go berserk. Didn't matter what the sensitivity level was set at which was on the lowest setting at all times, eventually it would just reset by itself to the middle of the sensitivity line. I would sit in my bedroom looking in my monitor at my living room when absolutely no motion was happening it was going up down left right checked the recordings it would do that all night long. Don't get me wrong, hiseeu support people are nice and they do get back to you... eventually. But I feel that they don't know what they're talking about. At all. I don't know how many times I talked to them it was a lot. They continuously wanted screenshots and would give me instructions that never changed anything. I'm not a novice with security camera systems either I've had multiple over the last decade. My last attempt talking to these people I requested a new NVR. They said they would get back to me on that and they never did. Eventually I figured out on my own to stop the motion detection is to hit the switch on each camera which has a wire with a button on it you hold it for a few seconds and it will say something and then it's reset. Out of all the phone calls I made and emails nobody mentioned this. So I stopped the motion detection because it's pretty much useless. And the quality is slightly better than my last system which was 1080p I thought it would be a whole lot better being 4K but it is not. It's a little clearer close up but over 20 ft It just gets worse. You get what you pay for. Now I know why it was so cheap. ... show more

Nice picture quality. I purchased the poe eight camara package with ptz camaras. The pan tilt ability is great and works very well, even with the app. you can also set the NVR up to human tracking on any of these camaras which is a nice feature as well. The cabling can be a bit of a chore; however, I did not want to rely on batteries, so it was worth the time in my opinion. Another option I really like is the spotlight. I can set individual camaras up with or without it and it helps to aluminate and or detour potential burglars when it detects motion. Customer service has been very helpful with my questions as well. ... show more

so far so good tracks people pretty darn good. and it was picking up people walking down a sidewalk about 75+ yards away. doesnt track vehicles with these cameras though
