Features

  • STRONG SUPPORT FOR A STRONGER YOU: Vitamin K2 is one of the biggest supporters of bone and cardiovascular health. This micronutrient is essential in moving calcium out of your bloodstream and into your bones, helping you build bone density and cardiovascular health.*
  • ONE-A-DAY FORMULA: Just one easy-to-swallow vegan softgel provides 180mcg of Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7 (MK7) - the most bioavailable form of K2. This micronutrient is essential in moving calcium out of your bloodstream and into your bones, providing strong support for a stronger you.
  • PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS: Instead of sourcing our Vitamin K2 from soy like other brands, we source our K-2 from only fermented chickpeas and encapsulate it in our trademark, carrageenan-free PlantGel softgel. NOTE: Our K2 softgels now contain a UV-protecting color barrier to help shield the K2 from light degradation.
  • COCONUT MCT OIL: K2 delivers the best benefits when taken with food or another source of fat, which is why we add the quality fats found in coconut MCT oil to our vegan softgels to help ensure you get the most from your K2 supplement. *
  • SUPERIOR QUALITY: We hold all of our supplements to a higher standard. Our K2 vitamin supplement is Vegan Certified, Non-GMO Project Verified, and free of unwanted fillers, carrageenan, gluten, and soy. Each batch is third-party tested for quality and manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-compliant facility.

  • Capsules are Easy to Take
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 2180mcg
Sports Research® Multi-Spectrum Vitamin K has become a staple in my daily routine. I love that it includes a full spectrum of Vitamin K1 and K2 (MK-4 + MK-7), which supports both heart and bone health. The addition of organic coconut MCT oil helps with absorption and gives it a clean, natural feel. It’s also vegan certified, non-GMO, and gluten-free, which gives me peace of mind about what I’m putting into my body. The softgels are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. Excellent quality from a brand I trust—highly recommended! ... show more

  • Great supplement!
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 100mcg
I’ve been taking Sports Research K2 along with their D3 4000 IU together for about a year now and it makes my doctor very happy. They both have many benefits to them and I feel great! You can also get them together as 1 pill but I had already started D3 so I then added K2. The pills are really tiny which makes them very easy to swallow plus you just need 1 pill per day. There is no smell or taste at all plus the price is right. ... show more

The vitamin I didn’t know I needed. I believe this is a crucial supple that everyone should research and start using. It has improved my health and energy levels. It’s fast acting and very quickly absorbed.

  • Great quality
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 100mcg
I'm a repeat customer for Sports Research supplements. I love that their products are 3rd party tested, non-GMO and I think vegan (not positive about that). They use coconut oil instead of seed oil. They use vegetarian capsules instead of bovine. I like that the dosage is 100 mcg. Many brands use much higher dosage. From what I've read, less is more when it comes to K2. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Of course, no one REALLY knows if any of the supplements we take do anything, but I feel good about this brand and plan on continuing with them. ... show more

  • My dentist is going to go out of business if I keep taking this
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 100mcg
I have been using this Sports Research K2 MK7 for 3 years daily since it has added coconut oil for better absorption and is made from fermented chickpeas and not natto without all the fillers of other brands as well. I see that it no longer contains carrageenan since 2/2017 as some other old reviews mentioned. My dentist is going to go out of business if I keep using it as I've had far less plaque and no cavities and far less time in the cleaning chair. Hopefully my arteries arent clogged as much with calcium deposits anymore as well. Magnesium converts vitamin D into its active form so that it can help calcium absorption. Magnesium also stimulates the release of the hormone calcitonin, which helps to preserve bone structure and draws calcium out of the blood and soft tissues back into the bones where it is needed to build healthy bone structure. Vitamin K is what activates the calcitonin and matrix Gla protein to help improve bone mineralization. Vitamin K is like the ignition that turns the machine on - shielding the body from excess calcium. Once turned on, matrix Gla protein grabs calcium. The majority of Americans are vitamin K deficient, especially in the menaquinone (K2) variety which is found in foods such as natto (fermented soybeans) that are not eaten regularly in an American diet. Menaquinone-7, or MK-7, is the most biologically active and available form of vitamin K2 and Sports Research is the one I use for the supplementation. As you increase the dose of Vitamin K2 above 100, the activation of calcitonin increases in line with the dosage. One of the simplest ways to explain vitamin K2's importance is to say it has two crucial functions having to do with cardiovascular health and bone restoration. It helps prevent osteoporosis and hardening of the arteries. It directs calcium to places like your bones to make them stronger, and your teeth to help prevent cavities. It also prevents calcium from going to the wrong areas, such as to your kidneys, where it could lead to kidney stones, or your blood vessels, where it could lead to heart disease. A few other less known benefits: Optimizing sexual function by increasing testosterone and fertility in men, and decreasing androgens, the male hormones, in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) Creating insulin to stabilize your blood sugar (keeping your system sensitive to maintaining correct amounts), protecting against diabetes and helping to prevent metabolic problems associated with obesity Suppressing genes that can promote cancer while strengthening genes that promote healthy cells Enhancing your ability to utilize energy as you exercise improving overall performance A study in Rotterdam involving 4,809 Dutch adults determined that those with the highest vitamin K2 intake had fewer heart attacks, a lower aortic calcification risk and the lowest death rate, altogether. Recently learned that taking this with calcium helps with absorption. Seems to be a great product. I’ve ordered a couple times already.
