A must have if you have played the original Battle for Bikini bottom. The graphics look amazing on this remaster. Hours of fun and plenty of content. I don't remember some parts of the game being so difficult. You will receive a disc along with a code for steam. Steam is required to play the game. If you don't have steam installed then its something you'll have to download which is included on the disc itself. ... show more

SBBFBB is one of my childhood favorites. Although it only took me a couple sittings to 100% the game I had a great time and got my $30 worth. I highly recommend this game to 3D platformer or collectathon fans.

TL:DR: If you played the original Xbox, GameCube, or PS2 version, then just get the game already. This is a great remake of Battle for Bikini Bottom. The platforming is very well done with good level design, and the game also has some great graphics with animations that give the game a bit more personality than the original. It also has a nice difficulty curve to it, where as the first few levels are a cakewalk, but later levels, especially the dream level, have some difficult task to accomplish. It really only gets challenging after the second boss, so it's a game the kids can play with little issue. The PC version also runs great, but I would love the devs to add in one feature: anti-aliasing. While I think the game looks great, sometimes close-ups look a little jaggy, and this was noticeable within the first cut-scene. In fact, the graphics settings are pretty light other than resolution and other basic settings, unless you want to dig in the game folders for the config file. I also question why SteamVR starts up when playing. Not a huge issue, but it seems unnecessary. Overall, great remake, and at $30, it's a great value. Highly recommend it! ... show more

Physical PC releases are few and far between these days, so I'm very happy one exists for this game! You get a plastic case in a paper sleeve with a physical disc and Steam Key inside. The disc also has installation files in it as well (see pictures) Overall, a great addition to my small shelf of physical releases for modern PC games. As for the game itself, it's a very faithful recreation of the original. If you enjoyed the one from 2002 you'll probably enjoy this. ... show more
