No problems has USB-C & USB-A ports in both side of the beds Very nice easy to use remote Lights under the mattress It’s very heavy & would require 2 people to bring it up via the staircase & to set up. If u connect the ESC via the wall outlet u don’t need batteries But if u don’t want to plug it via the wall then u can put 2 cube batteries inside & it’ll power everything. I’d prefer to plug it into the wall so it’ll always power & use the charging ports. Will keep u updated if anything changes

We have used this adjustable platform for one week and it is already starting to fail. It doesn't go up with a press of the button. It hesitates but will raise after pushing the button multiple times. I may have to return it. It was very easy to assemble and fits nicely in my upholstered bed frame
