So when it arrived it was bigger than I thought, then I realized it was well packaged. Came on a wooden pallet. Instructions were easy to follow, put it together while watching the game. It’s heavy but it’s solid and good quality. Very hard to maneuver due it’s weight. Some bigger wheels on front and some kinda lift bar on the back would help a lot with being able to move around. Super quiet! I ride while watching tv, I don’t have to change the volume at all. The heart rate monitor on the seat level bars are slow and finicky. The rates fluctuate a lot as does the included strap on chest monitor. I got the machine for the adjustable back rest which works great. No issues in positioning or getting comfortable while cycling. Overall 4.5 because of how hard it is to move and the heart rate monitor problem. Otherwise very quiet, sturdy, easy to assemble and well made. ... show more

I've had this bike for a little over a week now and am so happy I decided on this make and model. I had Amazon home services assemble it which went well. I use it at least a couple of times a day. Sometimes as a vigorous workout, sometimes just to sit and cruise in street clothes for half an hour. The bike is very solid and stable. It's pretty much silent when you're riding. The seat is extremely comfortable! The console is well laid out, although, like many fitness equipment setups, if you have a large tablet on the shelf then you can't see the console display. The fan is better than most. The speakers sound like what you'd expect. Not great, no bass, but adequate. I debated spending less and getting the xbr25 model but I'm glad I upgraded. The adjustable seat back is great! Also I wanted the extra five years warranty on parts (10 years as opposed to 5). The only disappoinment is the sadly pathetic Spirit Fit app. It quits if you open any other apps and even if you can get it to track your workout, it does not sync with either Fitbit or MyFitnessPal like it should. Altogether, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. This is a well built piece of equipment that will last many, many years. ... show more

    • Very Good Recumbent Bike
We replaced an old bike with this one. It is so much smoother to pedal. The resistance levels are fluid and perform well. I have only used the manual functions so I cannot comment on the programs that come with this bike. What is the most annoying is the fact that there is no option to turn it off. I have purchased an APC battery back-up with an on/off switch so I can turn the bike off. What would it have taken for the manufacturer to add an on/off switch? ... show more

    • Instruction user manual needs help
I used this same brand unit at my physical therapy place (recover from broken hip) and it helped so much decided to buy one for home. The unit I got was mechanically the same as the one I used in therapy but the one I got did not have the same software package so was a bit less expensive. The instructions or lack of is where this unit falls down, good thing I got the delivery guy to put it together for me, he did a great job but really wish there was a better explanation of how to use the different programs. I kinda think I did not get a manual that I was supposed to get or maybe missing a video? ... show more

This is an excellent product. Both my husband and I are using it daily, especially this summer. It was an afternoon project to assemble. Well worth the effort. Highly recommend.
