The media could not be loaded. What can I say!!?!? It was delivered today and I couldn’t help but give it a spin after charging it up and connecting to the app. I have a “robot mop” from another brand but all it does is release water slowly and drag a microfiber pad over the floor. The spinning pads in the back are what sold me on the SpinWave. It vacuums the floor as it mops. It’s extremely quiet so I can run it while my kids are sleeping. When it’s in the wet mop mode, it avoids my area rugs and random toys left on the floor. I’ve searched for something like this for a while and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased the shark robot but I really wanted the Bissell 2-n-1 robot but it was way over my budget at the time. This product was originally listed at $400 and then the price drop to $250 😱 I was so excited when the price dropped that I bought it the same day I was going to return the shark robot but my moms birthday is around the corner and it would make a great gift for her. I am a mom with three toddlers under three years old so I get all types of crumbs, juice and food dropped/spilled all over the floor so this has saved me so much time and energy. There are two modes dry mode and wet mode: Dry Mode vacuums/sweeps the floor. This product cleaned my floors so good that I can walk around barefoot without getting any crumbs under my feet. Wet mode mops the floor. This mode is similar to the swiffer but better and without all the effort to get the dry food stains off the floor. I love this product because the scrubbers actually oscillates and scrubs the floor (I saw other products with just the wet pad underneath the vacuum). Both modes are quiet and you won’t even know it’s running and the app is easy to use. The only thing I like better about the shark robot is it sends notifications directly to your phone if it gets stuck or jammed. But I 1000% recommend this product especially for moms with young children like me 😊

This is my first time using a robot type vacuum. I loved how easy this was to set up and it’s also so easy to switch from the dry cleaning to wet cleaning! I was impressed by how much “debris” the SpinWave picked up while in wet mode (last photo). The battery life is sufficient, but I feel you would need to charge between dry cleaning and wet cleaning, so the fact that it picks up some debris while in wet mode is really handy. We have two kids and a dog, so the floors are dirty almost immediately after we clean. The wet mode did not totally saturate the floor like I was afraid it would do... Overall it is not good with corners, but the shape of the machine inhibits it from being able to get into the tight spaces. I definitely do recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded. This thing is pretty much useless. If you look at the video I uploaded, it bumbles around like this in the same spot for about 90 minutes until the battery dies and that’s pretty much it. It’s about 5 feet from the docking station at this point. It refuses to connect to the App. It’s just generally pretty useless. I called tech support and asked if this was normal and she said, “Don’t ask me how these computers work” so it’s going back in the box and getting returned. I could have vacuumed my whole house the old fashioned way in the amount of time I’ve wasted trying to get this stupid machine to work. Don’t waste your money on this and their support is useless. And it’s still in that same spot. I finally picked it up and turned it off and posted the pictures of all the nothing it collected in its 90 minute circle romp. And I have 5 dogs. There’s plenty to be picked up. This is just pure trash. Glad I can return it!

The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research on robot vacuums because I didn't want to spend so much money on something that didn't work the way I wanted. This definitely works the way I wanted. You can either have it just sweep or have it sweep and mop. When the mop function is on it doesn't go on carpet. Definitely recommend.

Its really works the problem is the wheel when running wet mode the robot will stuck on wet floor its like you’re trying to escape from stuck on snow icy roads.

I have an older Bissell robot vacuum and purchased this model as an upgrade. I was very satisfied with my old one, and so far have nothing but compliments on this one. The vacuum is close enough to the ground to clean under my living room chairs, couch and tables which is more than I can say for any other vacuum I've ever owned. This model is actually slightly quieter than my old one so that came as a really pleasant surprise for which I am thankful. The real win though is that this has the capability to both vacuum and mop. I use this upstairs in my house which is entirely hardwood and tile. I really dislike sweeping and mopping so this is an incredibly effective solution for other lazy folks out there like me. It's never going to completely replace a deep house clean, but as a person with a cat, it does a perfect job of keeping the house clean enough where no one would know. This model also does more of a line by line method for cleaning which I must say is a huge improvement over the last model I had which just randomly bounced around. This one seems to miss less areas because of it.

Does a good job of mopping out of the box. Not a deep scrub, but more like a wet wipe down, which is what I was expecting. It gets around well, avoids carpets, and can be left to itself. Only caution is that the floor stays wet for a few minutes (I have all tile), and could be a slip hazard if people in your household aren’t aware. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
