Extremely well engineered packaging meant there was absolutely no damage or missing/broken parts. The materials were very high quality and over spec’d. For each nut, bolt, etc…they included 1 extra piece. They were smart to anticipate the customer service savings of people needing a 2 cent replacement part. We just got this last night. I was disappointed because it was supposed to arrive by July 28th but we didn't get it until August 2nd. I get frustrated when they tell you one thing for shipping and then it gets delayed. I may have picked a different one had I known there would've been a delay. It was a little quirky to put together but it is sturdy and works great. Read the directions for starting the fire. The directions on the firepit are different than the ones in the manual. ... show more

This heavy fire pit table comes in a few pieces in a heavy box. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but I did initially install one side panel upside down, which slowed me down a moment. The rest of the table came together nicely, and I was able to tighten all of the bolts down in the end. The instructions for the glass barrier were not part of the main instruction book; instead, the instructions were with the glass. Once I had everything set up, I was able to load a standard propane tank and light up the fire pit. I did follow the instructions in the manual for the initial lighting instead of what was written on the panel. There was plenty of heat, adjustable from low to high. The lighter was easy to use and only takes a AAA battery. The glass stone looks beautiful with the glad surround and tile table. Overall, this is a beautiful fire pit table that is reasonably priced. ... show more

This 30 inch gas firepit is quite attractive and colors just happen to match our deck perfectly. The fire pit was to assemble with the enclosed detailed instruction and very sturdy. There is ample heat output to keep you comfortable on chilly evenings, the footprint is small enough that it doesn't eat up a lot deck space but yet can be the center of focus.
