At first I thought this was overpriced. I was also concern with such a large fan being far too strong for sensitive sundews. However, despite being large: the lowest settings 1-3 provide such a gentle breeze, it's basically like a giant pc fan, but with gentle air movement. On max speed, it feels like a tornado! Tons of blowing force! This means if you have sensitive plants and only want the most gentle of circulation: this can do it for you! On the other hand: if you need a powerful fan that will act like a storm, or move air in a big area: this can do that for you as well, and everything in between. There are 10 strength settings to match virtually any need. The Oscillation feature is great as well. Speaking of features: the "wind gust" mode is fun. It'll speed up to whatever speed you set it at, then slow down to a gently breeze, then back up again. What's more: if you unplug it, or have a power outage: it'll resume on the settings you left it at. Perfect for plants. Installation is a snap (literally). The housing is thick, but not bulky. It is sturdy and well made. The snap holds firm on my plant's poles and doesn't budge or slip down. My opinion went from "overpriced" to great value. It's well worth the cost!

I tried to go cheap and ordered a $16 fan.........what a disappointment it was.....immediately put it back in the box and returned it. i own several SF grow lights and two of their 4 tier plant stands with tents so i had confidence in their quality when i ordered this fan. Now, i may be jumping the gun on this one, as i just got this in today, but straight out of the box, the quality is easily visible, the packaging was excellent, custom fit to protect the fan, even the USPS couldn't hurt this fan in transit, and we all know how they are!!! took about 2 min to look over the instruction book, it's very straight forward and clear on how to operate all modes. i plugged it in and cycled though the various modes and the oscillating feature, everything worked exactly like the book said and the power and quietness of the fan was impressive. it moves a lot of air on setting 10, and all speeds produce linear flow so you can clearly tell each step in speed produces a difference from the previous step. and let me tell you, the 'natural breeze' feature is a very nice addition. like i said at the start, i've not had it long enough to comment on it's longevity, but if it lasts, this is the best grow tent/plant stand fan out there and i'll be getting more of them!!

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this 10-speed oscillating grow tent fan. If you want to have optimal conditions in your grow tent this fan is a must-have. The 10-speed settings are versatile. Whether I need a gentle breeze for seedlings or a powerful airflow for more mature plants, I can dial in the exact intensity required. Installation cant be any easier it mounted easily and securely to the tent poles. The build quality feels very robust and durable, suggesting it will last for a long time. It's also surprisingly quiet even at higher speeds, which is a huge plus for my indoor environment. In summary, this fan has exceeded my expectations. It's efficient, quiet, highly adjustable, and incredibly effective at creating the ideal environment for plant growth. If you're on the fence, just get it – you won't regret it! I would give it a 5 but it hasn't even been a month of use and it's starting to click. It's still working but I've read the other reviews and now am just waiting for it to fail. 😥 It's a really nice fan and has great features just a cheap gear in there stopping it from being a great product. Maybe the clicking will just go away? 😬 I will update accordingly Unfortunately shortly after writing this, the fan started sticking in place. Spider farmer support was fast friendly and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you Spider friends, I will continue buying your products worry free. 🤠👍

I've been running this fan for a few months now and it works very well. It also has some very cool features. It has 10 different speeds which is great because you hone in the perfect amount of airflow to strengthen your stalks without over doing it. It also has adjustable oscillation which I LOVE. Such a cool feature. Often the other ones will hit the tent on both sides which I imagine wears the motor out faster. I do worry about how long the oscillation feature will work though but that just seems to be a common issue with oscillating fans in general. At least the small grow tent ones that move 90 degrees. If this fan lasts me 2 years I'll be satisfied. Highly recommend for a main fan or a second fan for your grow tent. Oh also the angle is adjustable two ways when most are just one. You can adjust the angle of the fan part and the arm its connected to. A cool little addition that probably isn't necessary for most people but still nice to have the option.

Do not buy spider fans they will not last. I’ve gone through 4 of them in less than a year. They just burn out in a few months and are completely dead. I’m trying ac infinity now. They are more expensive but after having to buy 4 to keep replacing them is more expensive. So I repeat myself do not buy spider fans they will fail and you’ll never get a year outta one promise you that.
