This board completely meets my expectations. It’s beautiful and solid!! I have several cats who like to jump up on top of refrigerator and then come down the other side onto the glass cooktop. This is going to be a life saver at resale time as the glass was starting to show wear and tear from pouncing cat claws, inadvertently scratching upon landing. I also have a small kitchen, and appreciate having the extra counter space.

The cover fits perfectly, I couldn’t be more pleased. I really like the handles. I did check the measurements before I ordered. The gray color goes well with our color scheme. It does have some weight to it and it’s durable. There was no smell and it’s easy to keep clean. The delivery was prompt with no issues. If you are in the market for a stovetop cover. Ordered February 27. Received March 1. Cracks developed by April 5. Return window closed March 31. We liked the one we got for my 82 year old mother so much that we bought another one for our stove and received it on March 27. Amazon troubleshooting is nonsensical. Questions about whether gas turns on or burners get hot, as though this is a stove. Cover looks beautiful out of the box, but one would hope it would last longer than 5 weeks before displaying manufacturing/design flaws. Hoping an email to the support email address listed on the included paper will lead to some result. Hopefully, I'll have a positive follow-up review on customer support and service. If I don't get results for the 1st one, will be returning the 2nd one before the return window closes and so I will not be stuck with 2 cracked wooden covers. **April 21 Update** I reviewed photos from my mother from when she had opened the box and put this on her stove from last month. There was a crack in it when she received it - she just hadn't noticed. I contacted the seller and they are sending a new one. The one I got for my own home is still in beautiful solid condition. I'm updating the review from 2 stars to 4 stars because of the immediate seller support and because Amazon will only allow me to review this item 1 time between 2 separate purchases.

I am giving this a 5 stars because it is very nice. But I accidentally hit one of the stove knobs when I was reaching up to the microwave. I started smelling something and thank goodness I was in the same room and put it in the sink with water running over it. I just bought it for a little house I moved into and I sure did love it but now I’m afraid to buy another one since this happened. I immediately went on Amazon and ordered safety knobs for the stove.

This board cover is a great buy!. The black handles give it a touch of elegance and gives my chrome and black stove a classy appeal. This is truly a good buy for me, aesthetically and as protection for my new stove. One must be careful in its use: don’t chop on it with a knife or put anything hot on it (and why would I do that?), as it is not scratch resistant, but it is easy to clean. Most importantly, it is a beautiful true white. I love my new oven top cover. I recommend it highly. Please view the pictures attached.

Super excited to get this until I opened it! The wood was not sanded smooth especially in the corner . I sent an email and got $10 off! Then when we went to install the handles the holes were not in alignment with each other to put the screws in So I called customer service and now they agreed to send me a new one and they actually replied back in a very timely manner!
